I’m going to be honest in that the process was so simple I was sure it was a scam. The reality is that from the beginning they were fast, understanding and very clear on next steps. I had called several places prior and all were under what Cash for Cars offered me. On top of that it is my pet peeve when I call a place and get transferred to several people and have to explain my situation over and over. Not the case with cash for cars. Every-time I called in, no matter who I talked to they knew my vehicle and where I was in the process. So refreshing! Everyone from the reps on the phone to the tow truck driver were very polite, reassuring and trustworthy. I would 100% use this company again and recommend to anyone. What was a very tragic and scary event with my son totaling his car, was eased by Cash for Cars and their team. Kudos to everyone!
Each department I dealt with (initial contact, support team, pickup) did its job well, and things went smoothly. Only problem was that when a call was transferred from one department to another, it didn't always go through, and I had to hang up and call the second department directly.
This was the easiest and smoothest experience. The representative that helped me over tye phone was kind and patient with all my questions. They are up front about everything. They gave me the best quote out of 4 other places I tried. Should I ever have to get rid of another car, this is where I will be going.
Experience selling to Cash for Cars (rep name Saul) was fast and easy! I had a check in hand within 24 hours of me submitting a request to sell my salvaged vehicle. Offer was really reasonable and Saul guided me through the entire process.
The challenge with Cash for Cars is that they are so segmented. By the time you know the first person messed up, the 2nd can't fix it. In the end, they get a 3 star because my 3rd 'salesperson', Syed, followed up and we eventually got a check. Otherwise they would get 1 star. Right down to the pick up tow not contacting us ahead.

Carlos did a great job. My only complaint was with the communication after he was finished on his end. Pickup dispatch never called me. The driver never called me. He just showed up at my house. If I would have been at work, it would have been a major issue. Your pickup contractor in Phoenix needs to do a much better job.

I was offered a fair deal to sell my wrecked Kia Soul by Jose. Everything seemed to be legit until the scheduling of the tow truck. I was scheduled for a Friday which no one showed up and no call, then again on Monday and Tuesday. Finally I was fed up and gave them one more opportunity and rescheduled for Wednesday between 8 and 5. The driver called that day and said he'd be there by 4. He arrived at 5:30 with check in hand. So I'm pleased with the outcome but wish the pick up was more organized.
Horrible customer service tried to help out a family member getting a vehicle sold in a stressful situation. This company made it 100 times worse they made a simple title transfer extremely complicated after dealing with nearly 10 different people. They still couldn’t figure it out. I went with another company got 100 more dollars for the car And picked up less than 24 hours. Do your research and call a junkyard near you do not waste your time with this company. It will only stress you out.
The price was fair, and prep was straight forward and very clear. I accepted the offer, scheduled pick up, and cleared out my personal items as instructed. The tow driver had a check for me, and hauled away my ride within 10 minutes. Very happy with entire process.

Just completely wasted my time. Received an email with a $600 offer. I accepted. Was told they would arrive at 11 for pick up. Didn’t arrive into 11:45. Then said $500. Wasted a whole hour of my time.

I decided to take a chance with them and I am truly satisfied with everything that happened. They were prompt to pick up the phone, highly communicative, the car title process was so simple through texting, Marybeth Lorenza was kind and very helpful. The price they quoted was very fair. The tow person was fast, efficient, nice, and very professional. If I ever find myself with a scrap car again, I will be calling Cash for Cars.
I was a bit leery but had an old car that had seen far better days after 190,000 miles and being passed down through the kids.
