I and a few others (from here to east coast) have been searching for a fuel tank/pumps for my 02 Thunderbird for 14 months with no luck. Until today!!! Chuck, at Riteway Auto Parts, not only tracked down what I needed in one day but the tank/pumps only had 38K miles on it!! I wish I could leave 10 stars! Chuck is one of the most honest and stand-up guys I know. Crazy thing is we never met face to face! Goes to show you what kind of guy he is. I needed a transmission and it was a tricky situation. He went above and beyond to understand my problem, what I was looking for, provide me honest feedback, and shoot me straight. In the end, it didn’t work out because of the type of car/part I had/was needing. Nonetheless, I do as much maintenance work on my cars as possible and if I ever need a part, I won’t think twice about it and I will be calling him. He earned a loyal customer for life!

Riteway Auto Parts had the module I needed for my C5 Corvette that Chevy no longer makes. It was a used module that had been tested. I bought it, had it installed and programmed to my car. I now have a working ABS module. I recommend them for your out of stock or no longer available Corvette parts. Working with them was easy and I received my part in a few days.

I needed an ENGINE for my C7 Corvette and found one on the Riteway website. Obviously I was cautious ...when you're talking about something that costs more than a few thousand dollars like this.
But got hooked up with Hector at Riteway and he took me through the entire process. The extra legwork he did to make sure everything was right, like checking with Mgrs. , checking with GM itself, contacting the freight company etc., was amazing. And he kept me in the loop the whole way.
Can't say enough about Riteway...and if you're smart you'll find Hector to help you out.

Called these guys about a spindle and hub, they had it and sent me several photos of the part and quoted a very competitive price. It was too late for me to drive out there so they sent me a link to buy it that night and held it for the until the next afternoon.
When I showed up they had already inspected the part and noted that the hub did not spin (corrosion on account of being an old part). They offered to refund (without me asking) or give me a significant discount - which I accepted. No haggle; no hard time; super professional and customer-oriented. I’ll be back for for, I’m sure! I found a car on google images, when I got the number and called Greg the sales man was outstanding. Most places don’t want to take the time to look for the part or just don’t return your call. I’m working on a old 560SL and parts are hard to find. Not only did he return my call he checked on other parts for me and keep me updated. I want to say thank you Greg for your WONDERFUL customer service.
Beyond impressed- First let me say there was a problem with my order and they made it right! I purchased a side view mirror online, which was very scary but they provided a description indicating the product was in grade A condition and after months of online searching I found what I needed in their inventory. Package came quickly however, when i took the box to the body shop for installation I was very disappointed to see the product wasn't quite grade A. I took pictures of it and emailed them to Riteway. Within hours i had several reps reach out to me, once on the phone they asked me what it would take to make it right. I explained the extra expense of painting it and they refunded me most of the cost to paint. With no hesitation in escalating the request to their owner for approval. I have a side mirror once again and I have full confidence in this company as a source for body parts! In fact, I just googled the company to browse for a few other parts because I most definitely plan on purchasing from them again.
