I work @ a collision repair shop and needed a bumper for 2000 Nissan Xterra. Which is very hard to find not available new. They had one and it was in great condition. Price was perfect. I got my customers vehicle repaired and everyone was happy.
I would always recommend going to these guys before going anywhere else, no matter what kind of car you have, i made the mistake of going a few other places first, and not only did these dudes hook me up, big time with a bind, I was in, but they gave me a great price on my part for my cadillac I appreciate yall and will be back
Unprofessional, willie changes prices on you as he wishes, you call 'em he'll give you a price, and then when you call back the next day to order the part and he'll raise the price even more and when you show up to pick up the part, the price is even higher and he'll tell you no body has this part so if you reallty want it, you now have to pay twice as much the original estimate, that's the most shameful business practice i've ever seen. On top of that they pay some sort of service to keep people from posting 1 star google reviews, that's just for people to see what kinda business these people are running, stay away!
Rude went to install the part was bent and told me because I removed the brake rotor that was on there I could not get an exchange or refund ( I put in new brakes and rotors i will never use this junkyard again)
I showed up. 2 minutes before there lunch time. This guy skipped his lunch to help me, got my parts, gave me a great price. And said if anything is wrong with them just bring it back and we will take care of you. Now that's customer service. Thank you matador team. You got my business.
Not a honest guy I purchased part they give me the wrong part so then he issued me a refund receipt it’s been 11 days I didn’t get my money back the worst customer service ever
I had to find some wire terminals and screws for a jeep renegade. I brought the bad parts with me, and they were replaced with terminals that I could use. Most places would not have given me the time. Service was quick and friendly.
They had almost everything. I was looking for and parts were reasonably priced. The gentleman at the counter knew his inventory very well. I was able to direct me to multiple cars without having to look anything up. The yard staff were very friendly and willing to pull any part I needed. I frequent five or six junkyards and i'm happy to add this to the list of usual haunts.

I was ripped off. I bought a used compressor for my A/C for my 01 Accord. I bought it about a week and a half ago and was going to have it installed today. My mechanic tested it and said it was no good. I called Matador and the guy said as long as it wasn't seized he would honor the refund or replacement. So, I went back and the guy gave me some weird story about his cousin. Long story short he would not refund me and I will never call in Matador again. Buyer beware! These guys are crooks!
Got an AC controller for a reasonable price. It was defective, but I brought it back within their 2 week window, and they swapped it for another and let me test it in the parking lot with no questions. Great service.

They had what I needed so that was good. Talk to the guy and the office about getting a mirror from my vehicle. He talked him said 20 bucks. He said that’s fine. Went to go pick it up. He said 25 I said would you do 20 he said that’s fine. He pulled it and then when he got here, he said it was $40. and I asked him why he be going to argue with me about why he he said it was more expensive and got upset.

Outstanding customer service at Matador! Willie is a top notch sales person who found a gas cap for my 03 Mercury Grand Marquis that sports a heavy duty handling package, that no other yard I talked to via phone or email had or would bother with. When I got there Willie had already had a nice man pull the gas cap for me so it was ready for me to purchase.
With all the personal serviceI received you'd think that I was buying a manifold or an engine block! He gave me a great price and made sure the gas cap would fit my gas tank opening the way I wanted it to which I really appreciated because the new ones don't fit as well as the old original ones. The original one he had pulled for me was perfect and fit much better than the one that I bought new a week ago at a Ford dealer.
Luckily I remembered that my husband had always loved going to an automotive junk yard for the classic cars he used to restore, so I called and or emailed about 15 of them for the gas cap, but only Willie at Matador had this very important gas cap and he was very helpful and nice to talk to. When I asked him if he had the original gas cap I needed , he didn't hesitate to tell me he did, and he was also very smart to double check just to make sure.
Luckily he was right, and when I told him I would be there the next day to pick it up he had remembered I was coming and when I got there he had it ready for me. Willie goes above and beyond the call of duty and it was a great experience to buy a part from him.
So whether you are a woman or a man, he will treat you with respect and do his best for you. If Matador has the part you want, he will find it. I definitely will go back there again if I need anything else for my favorite car and I highly recommend Matador Auto Parts to anyone.
