I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting parts here. These are people you can’t trust, I bought a used engine from this place, the lady specifically wrote on the receipt that the engine comes with a 90 day warranty. Long story short they didn’t honor it, the engine has internal leaks. I called about the warranty it they hung up on me. These people do bad business. Stay away
Stole people money and never returned, I ordered a part and paid through Zelle of $125, I waited for almost a month for the part to arrive. Found out they don't have that part anymore, I tried to reach them to get my refund and never answered, never refund the amount of $125 back. I will contact my credit card and bank company and report them to Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Great local place they offer good deals at prices better than others yards and got a fair warranty policy I got some used rims from there and am happy with the results
The owner went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was picked up, even after their normal hours. Even though he showed up at a late hour, he was great to be around. He was kind, patient, and quick. Would absolutely recommend his service to anyone who needs it. I've worked with a few auto wreckers/salvage companies and this is the best one by far.
Only place in town that not only had the transmission we needed, but they had it at a great price! They were fast and friendly, and even had someone available to do the install for us! Highly recommended!!
Nice people, they take time and try to find all the part you need, prices are really reasonable.. I've tried most of the salvage yards in Phoenix and never got this good of service..
The service is great and quick, very welcoming energy and the work gets done very quickly. They found the transmission I needed at a great price and helped me understand what was going on with my car to detail.
The man who picked up the vehicle, Antonio… he was so professional and provided incredible service and went above and beyond for us. This was the first time I’ve ever just let go of a vehicle like this but needed to cause of the condo parking availability so it worked out perfect but I was a little confused on what the process was at the time. The staff member who reached out to me was incredibly arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of maybe just explaining the process, they retorted with a bunch of child-like phrases and quotes. Honestly, this review made the 5 star rating because of Antonio! He was awesome and was so nice and was super friendly. It was nice dealing with him. Stand up guy!
some of the workers here are some of the rudest people i encountered they have poor customer service and no warranty on parts also the guy in the front desk was rude from the start didn’t like the way i was treated last time i ever come here again
Adrian at A&G wrecking and his team Are awesome. Very courteous and knowledgeable about parts and auto concerns They are my number one go to for auto parts.
These guys were ae to find my part and pull another for me right before closing time. If they don't have it they'll point you to who does. Highly recommend A & G Auto Wrecking.
Bes place in Phoenix to get parts....Boss man is the one to talk about if you don’t know anything about your wheels and love the karisma in the place....Cheap prices great inventory and ver knowledgeable staff about parts....
If I can give this place over a 5 star review I would!! Antonio helped me when I didn’t know what was going on with my car. I am not car savy but I had asked him for advice to see if he can check out my car and his immediate response was take it to my shop and I will check it for you. I took my car the next day and the day after that My car was ready to go. It had some few parts missing and the shops communication is the best!! He communicated everything before proceeding with the process. He had asked for permission to find and put in the missing parts. There were no lies no scams. He gave me a price and respected that for me. He didn’t add any hidden fees like previous experiences I had, where I didn’t know where to go because I knew I would be charged over the hill. I am very thankful I’m glad I didn’t go elsewhere!!
I like that the owner kept me in touch the while time my car was getting worked on plus my car is running great now.. Will definitely do business with them in the future.
I recently had a transmission installed in my vehicle,It has been working like a champ.Owner is Very dependable,guarantees his job,also let's you know whats good for your vehicle and very reasonable.Very nice person to do business with.I recommended.Also He's very nice.
