Yesterday I had my car towed from my apartment complex to an auto shop. These guys were the closest to me. The customer service and communication from start to finish was great no issues at all. My review is for their pricing. The auto shop that I had my car towed to is only 3.5 miles from my place and I was charged $120. I was informed prior to them coming out about the price, but I just wanted my car to get to the shop asap. For context I used to live out in Surprise (Litchfield and Waddell) and my car broke down on 59th Ave and Union Hills (Glendale) the tow company I used then charged me $120 and that’s at least 10-15 miles.
The driver did a fake jump start, because he wanted to charge me $ for 120 for 12miles. He was saying 120 is chap.The car was jump start at mechanic, and it started. The Mechanic told me nothing is wrong with your battery. You just need to start your battery because you had you heat running all night. Business is all about service to community. I even offered to pay 50 for jump start. But he said his pilot doesn’t allow
These people are so easy to deal with. They're fast they're friendly and affordable. I highly recommend this tow company to everyone. You can't beat the price and they're so sweet on the phone I really know I'm in good hands. They keep in touch with you let you know every step of the way what's happening. No worries. Junior moved my classic Ford like nothing! I was shocked to see the level of expertise he had to move a truck that was basically on rims only, and at an angle, with a sharp turn around my house! This guy will definitely be my tow truck driver to call. Afford a Tow LLC really came thru with their experienced staff

Okay. So, first we broke down at Glendale Community College on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. I googled this company, received a live voice on the first attempt. The scheduler/dispatcher spoke clearly, verified the location and information I provided, and told me an ETA for service. I was also quoted a flat rate for the trip. They didnt add extra fees or try to change rates once they picked up the car. Anyway, two days later, we broke down near 19th Avenue and Adams. We received timely and friendly service, again with honest rates!! :) I was very satisfied with this company and grateful for their help!
Called them for a non traditional tow. Guy name James came over to see what I needed moved. Wasn't an issue, took care of me and went beyond my expectations. Will definitely be using them again

The owner was very understanding of situation and he reassured everything was going to be okay. I had him tow my car to the location that it needed to go. He is very professional and reasonable.
