Worst towing company ever they will give you The registration to your father’s vehicle they’ll print a duplicate of your birth certificate. That’s not supposed to be duplicated, but they won’t let you get your father’s phone out of his wrecked car, but they’ll give you paperwork that is illegal to handover if I could put no star I would they’re an awful company that does not care about you. All they want. Is your vehicle there as long as possible so you have to pay a huge money
Richard (truck 55) was exceptionally helpful and professional. He helped us get towed out of the landfill to O’Rilly’s and helped with mechanical work and advice! Great worker!
If you are a person who reads reviews before doing business with a company PLEASE READ. Don’t believe the good reviews, they are fake. They damaged my property and showed no accountability. They lie and guilt trip you. I hope karma gets every single one of them. Please stay far away from this business and call someone else.
Be careful! I called and called and finally received an "In meeting" message. I knew I was going to have to drive 150 miles and wanted to make sure they did not close at 5pm. Someone had used my car without my permission and got it towed. I finally got ahold of owner and asked if traffic is bad. He said no. It was but not his fault. He said total was about 435 on Saturday plus 35 each extra day. 505 should have been the total. Could not find his shop nor could my friend I had hired to meet me there to drive my car home. The company in front Top Wheels and Rims helped me find them. Owner said don't worry about it some lady was going to be there a few extra minutes. I get there he will not release my car unless I have an extra 125.00 after hours fee on top of 505 plus dollars. I showed him a Pic of my home, my rv, car and garage that just burned to the ground and said please cut me a break. It's all I have left right now. What happened to don't worry? He said it's just bussiness. so beware his don't worries are quite the opposite. I will get my car when I get paid. IT WILL COST ALOT but if it is tampered with He WILL PAY. To be continued.
I had Willa as my driver and I just wanna say what an outstanding performance him and his company did. He went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure my vehicle is delivered to the correct place. I would choose them again and again, even if I wasn’t using my carrier through my car service. Highly highly highly recommend thank you Will.
What a scam of a business my nicece just left this place they took 3 hours to tow her driving and running car that she payed almost 3000 to retrieve!!! Never come back !

I had to have my car towed last Saturday night. Although the arrival was later than anticipated the driver made up for it, his name was Riley. Riley was very professional and friendly. The cab of his truck was pretty immaculate too which is a first for me, usually tow trucks are super messy, even a lot of the hi-end vehicle transport services I have used in the past for my show bike ( I think if you let the person ride with you the vehicle should be clean and sanitary right? ). I recommend this tow service because of Riley, as far as the other folks employed there, I can't say, hopefully they are as good.
My wheels and tires were stolen, no tow company would help me. I called Prestigious towing they were there in a hour. Dwight was the best he even gave us a ride to the rental car company. Highly recommend.
Hi, I'm leaving this common to update the owner that I was wrong. I did have the wrong towing company and I wanted to apologize. From my perspective this towing company has done everything they could professionally and I want to give them a five out of five for how they handled the situation. As such I have nothing but good words to say about this company. And I hope towing companies that abide by their rules and are not fraudulent should remain in place.
Update to owner’s response I have added pictures of the truck we got from them with tires de rimmed that is in their yard , Owner of this tow yard will say anything to absolve himself of any wrongdoing. Beware consumers he is untrustworthy and when it comes to taking peoples money will do and say anything.
CONSUMER BEWARE AVOID THIS TOWING COMPANY AT ALL COST! This company is a money hungry compassionless company that don’t care about people all the owner cares about is taking you for all you have.they will do everything in their power to make it hard to get your vehicle once they have it to extort more money out of the customer. They don’t have any office at the surprise location it don’t exist how google allows them to use this address I don’t understand. When calling the number to attempt to pick up your vehicle they will send you to the Surprise location but after arriving there I called again the same dispatcher then transferred me to the owner who then told me that the vehicle is at a different location in Glendale 20 miles away. When I arrived at the Glendale location I was met with more hostility by the desk clerk, but when the owner arrived even though the desk clerk said I had all the paperwork the owner intentionally wanted more pictures of ID and Business card for no other reason than to give me a hard time. After taking possession of the vehicle I was met with more hostility from the owner along with a threat that i better hope to never have a vehicle of mine there I’m guessing because the owner will not allow me to get my vehicle back! Please I implore everyone AVOID AT ALL COST !!
Ron from Prestigious Towing is a great guy. He came out to my car as soon as he could within an hour ish (I’ve waited upwards of 4 hours for a tow before). He was professional, kind, and helped jump start my car. My car didn’t end up needing a tow luckily, but he took it another step by offering to follow my car while I took it over to my local auto shop down the road in case it broke down again. I’m truly grateful to him and this towing company.
Extremely helpful! I appreciated how he kept communicating the ETA and made it easy. Offered to pick up key from where I was as opposed to me coming to the car. Very friendly, and finished the job fast!
My wife’s car broke down. We called prestigious towing they were so prompt. The cost was great. What impressed me the most was a man name Riley he had somebody with him name Roman they were both so amazing. I work in construction so I know what it’s like to work in the heat. They were so professional, outgoing personable I felt my car was in good hands. Riley‘s attitude made everything so worthwhile if I ever need towing service again you better believe I’m going with prestigious towing Riley 10 stars for you my man you’re amazing. Man oh man oh man , what can I say this company is awesome. they came in a timely manner especially with being a hot day in Arizona and my technician Riley was the best , very friendly, very respectful and get the job done. They were dispatched for a company vehicle pick up , but I think I’m going to use them for my personal use as well.
caught a flat on the way back from vegas in the middle of nowhere and prestigious towing really came thru, towed the car and drove us an hr back home on a sunday. riley was the driver and was very professional with friendly conversation so the right wasn’t awkward. make sure u request him if u need a tow
I had a flat this morning Prestigious Towing was called,they texted me right away and made it under a hour. The driver Riley called twice on his way to keep me informed on his eta. Riley came to get my truck to drop it off at the transmission shop. He called and gave me the time he would be here. Super nice guy, fair price and I would use them again.

Great Service. I didn't go through AAA. I contacted Prestigious towing directly to tow my F250 diesel truck and travel trailer at the same time. They were fast and efficient. Josh was my driver. Mariah took care of my paperwork so I can get reimbursed by AAA. Will use them again. Thank you.
This unprofessional company took my car to the incorrect place, at midnight, totally unsafe, my car had the windshield broken with missing personal belongings, I made contact with owner Alex Gonzalez who said he did not care, and did not want to be responsible for anything. Please don't use this service, there are so many other options. Potentially driver stole my stuff in association with owner. Please somebody help me to take this business to court.
Literal thieves. Did not deliver my car to the dealer "because they do not have a night drop" and took it to their yard. Verified with the dealership that they do have a night drop and cars are delivered as late as 2AM. Several days later they are still trying to hold up the insurance company for more money and not releasing my vehicle from their yard, where they were never told to take it.
Neither you nor your driver contacted the dealership before taking the car to your towyard. You just took the car to your yard and tried to stall and rack up storage fees. You then continued to stall and delay following the insurance company's subcontractor paying you and having another company's tow truck waiting outside your yard for hours to pick up the car. Maybe there really is some elaborate conspiracy by multiple insurance companies, a car dealership, and people just to inconvenice you. Or you run a dodgy tow company trying to scam people for a few extra bucks.
The best experience I've had in the West Valley. The owner and Kevin are very knowledgeable with classic and antique cars. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!
