If I could give it zero stars I would. The man who answered was very rude so I decided to go with another company.

I did not call about a repossession. It was about getting towed to a dealership. Your response shows how you have workers that are rude to customers and you can’t keep track of who they are being rude to. Also your response was unprofessional. The zero stars still stands!

Fast & professional. Ball joint went out on my dad vehicle which I thought it was going to be difficult to pull vehicle onto the flatbed, but Nicholas was able to get it done and get my dad home safe!!!!
I phoned owner from Oregon a few days prior to attending the Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium (very near his business). I inquired on where I might park for the event without having to purchase a parking pass; thought I would reach a big business with many employees. Nope. The owner answered and he quickly suggested I park at his business driveway when I come! Wow. That was extraordinarily nice, way beyond anything I could have been expecting. If I ever need a Phoenix region towing service for any reason, Dynamite Towing is it!
Called and Richard answered and was very knowledgeable and sent Ruben to pick up and transported my daughter's car to the dealership in Apache Junction. A very friendly and reliable towing service. You may never want to use a tow company but Dynamite Towing is the one to call if you need one!
I called and got a message machine. Rick called me back before I could finish my text message. He was very knowledgeable about the situation I presented and was flexible about the time window I presented. He called me back to let me know the vehicle had been picked up and delivered per my request. I would recommend him any time. I have added him to my contacts in case of an emergency.
I needed my car towed from my apartment complex over to my moms. i found dynamite towing online and said lets give them a shot, they were very professional and reliable. Dynamite towing was able to get it all taken care of right away, with no issues. A few weeks later I contacted Dynamite Towing about possibly purchasing the car they towed for me. Another super easy transaction no issues and made it SO EASY FOR ME, because of my busy work schedule he coordinated around my needs, with minimal effort on my part. I have saved their number in my phone and they will always be the first company I go to from now on.
Dynamite towing is a great company to use. I was in a accident I paid out of pocket for everything. Had to tow two vehicles and he gave me a good rate for both of them with one being towed pretty far. He also recommended a good body shop to fix damages. Super friendly reliable kept me up to date when he was going to arrive. I will recommend his service to anyone I know who needs a tow
Amazing experience during a difficult time. Richard arrived earlier than stated, he took time to hook up my tryke using soft straps and entertained me at the same time. Richard rocks! On top of all of that, their price was very affordable, much better than the competition. I'll definitely remember Dynamite should I ever need tow service again!
Rick was very prompt and made a long distance tow a lot easier for me. I didn't have to meet him at my vehicle just at the drop off location. He did a good job communicating with me and giving me updates as well. I would highly recommend his service and will use his company again if needed.
I talked to Rick, called at 3AM and he answered right away, said he’d get to me in 20 minutes and actually arrived earlier! Worked with me with my issue and got my car home safely. Did an impeccable job and gave me a more than reasonable price.

Rick was very nice!!!, picked up our Nissan Sentra for a tow to the Dealership for engine repairs. Answered phone immediately. Agreed to a Sunday work at no extra charge for weekends. Cost was better than other Name Brand companies!!! He was on time, phone and text friendly. Rick drove very safe (followed him to dealership) used all proper chains, strapping etc. and followed traffic rules.!!! *Added him to my phone contacts for future... A+ and would definately refer to others.

I had called another tow company before Dynamite Towing who didn't end up showing up after an hour. I called Dynamite towing and he said he'd be there in 15 mins. Showed up on time, charged me a lot less than the other company, was extremely friendly, and let me charge my phone because i had been stranded so long my phone was at 2%. Super great company, I highly recommend

I own Black Platinum Solar and Electric and I needed to move a forklift. I called a couple of places and was referred to Dynamite Towing. Rick was friendly, up front, and had great communication. Of all places my car got hit at the Motor Vehicle Department. Dynamite Towing was recommended to me by a friend so I called them up and they were quick to come to my aid. Got my car towed back to my house on a timely manner and was very professional. Apparently, this is an owner/operator and he's super nice. I like doing business with small shops as they are the heart of our economic system. I highly recommend this company.

Rick (owner) of Dynamite Towing provided me with exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. It was midnight on a Tuesday night I had called numerous tow company’s with each one of them quoting me anywhere from a 2-4 hour wait. When I called Rick he first asked where I was and said even though his trucks were already out that he’d personally get in his vehicle to come help me out. He got to me in about 10-20 minutes after my phone call. Shortly after his arrival he had my trucks battery back up and running. Rick thank you for your kindness and exceptional customer service. Needed a tow at 10:30 on a Sunday night. After calling 6 other so-called 24 hour tow companies, Dynamite was the only one that actually was willing to pickup the phone. Service was prompt and friendly with no issues at all; and very reasonably priced as well. Definitely my new go-to for towing services!
