Thieves work here! They stole our phone, cut our amp and speaker but it was partially bolted down so they couldn’t get it entirely out. They are absolutely awful! If I could give 0 stars I can. They tried to strip our vehicle of some parts
My car was towed here early Sunday morning, I picked it up today. Everything was fine until they pulled my car out with a forklift type machine. The guy Cyle pulled to the front, as he was dropping my car, the forklift got stuck on my guard/bumper and pulled my bumper off on the driver side. I’m yelling about my bumper and tells me to stop yelling at him or he’ll take my car back!! Like how you mad at me because you’re destroying MY car?! He did tell me to take pictures and to go back into the office to file a damage report, which I did. As I’m talking clerk about what happened, she was irritated that I wanted to file a report. As I’m writing the report, Cyle walks into the office and tells them what happened and one the clerks was like ‘Oh Well’!! What do you mean ‘oh well’?! She took the repot and was like ok, I had to ask for a copy of the report!! I was then told the manager will reach, not today, but they will eventually once the manager reviews what happened!! What is there to review?! What does ‘eventually’ mean?! I’m hoping I have a better experience with the manager, but I’m not confident that will happen. When dealing with them PLEASE inspect your car!’
1 star would be an overstatement. They pull all the tricks to delay releasing a vehicle. They will transfer you 5 times before you get to the "right" person, and then they will deliberately give you wrong information for documentation needed for vehicle release. Stay away from this shady people
If you got towed today at the stadium and this is one of the companies. Just want to remind you that you can legally request your vehicle back. They have to release it as payment is a civil matter and they cant hold your vehicle for ransom. If they refuse request PD out legally they have to release the vehicle dont let them tell you otherwise nor Glendale PD. Look up the laws
This company and Sam in their office did the absolute minimum to provide customer service. As a result they kept my theft recovery information until after they closed to charge me 2x days of storage fees.
Worst customer service ever lied about being the car out multiple times and waited 2 hours and counting for them to bring it out and it was there for 11 days I got charged 12 days makes no sense!..
On 7/28/25 am, I came to pick up my property inside Western Union towing and they told me, at first 15 minutes to get all my property inside my car and by the time we got to my car and they told me, all I have is 8 minutes left, so me and my wife, rushed to get our property inside the car and we felt like a dog rushing to get Our property and was more than a wheel barrow that you have outside the gate. My point is, if you rushed your client to pickup property then you guys need to help but not rushing your client like a dog. One of your guys helped us but it wasn't enough!
Workers stole bag/items from car. Insurance picked up car with no bag after car sitting there for less than 12 hours. Insane prices and very little employees. Disagree with the entire business.
I don't know how they got the stolen recovery but they did and charged for it.
So my friends truck got stolen and these mfrs stole the truck by charging to get it back . The nerve of this place , I would recommend these people...
Oh and while I was there ppd was there and they told me that they wouldn't pay them either.
They towed my grandfathers truck which is fine, we had the money and more to get the truck back.
My grandfather is in his 80s and they gave him the run around for 6 hours to get his truck back all because it’s in his LLCs name and he’s thousands of miles away from his home town visiting.
Doing your job and abusing your power aren’t synonyms. Seeing old people just trying to rectify their mistake and then taking advantage and making it harder to make a profit is evil.
He had all documentation and we even had to call the cops just to get his truck back that he OWNS.
Please be careful to never get towed by this company.

This shout out is specifically for the desk lady Corina- she was so friendly and helpful regardless of how busy she was. She’s a keeper! I wish there was more workers in this industry as helpful as her.
Very nice people to work with. I recommend their services. They respinded quickly to the scene of my accident where the driver that turned left in front of me was found 100% at fault thus totallung my SUV. I'm very sad to lose it.... Western Towing helped me when i went to get my personal items from my SUV with supplying a wheelbarrel and had empathy for my circumstances. Also has Saturday hours 8-12 noon.
Great service. Corina was very helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman that took us to retrieve our belongings from our wrecked vehicle was helpful and friendly. Pleasant, easy experience in the middle of an inconvenient situation. Thanks guys!
These guys are AMAZING!!! I will NEVER use another company again!! They handled my two cars with so much care and precision, it was incredible. The two drivers were so nice and informative. They didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was done to perfection.

Please always keep an eye on your vehicle and do not let these people touch it. My vehicle got towed ILLEGALLY after some random officer waited approximately 20 minutes before calling it in. I showed up having to pay $600+ to get it out, three other people were here too at the same time as me, and one guy had to pay to get 4 cars out that the PD towed. It’s such a scam and the police department needs to do better
There is no indoor wait area, just two wooden benches to sit on outside, a cute little porta potty, and should I even mention the receptionist? Full face of literal pink glitter makeup, I don’t even know how many crystal studs, and the only look I got was glares. No smile, nothing. She looked like that was the last place on earth she wanted to be. Rude, insolent, and honestly just spoke like it was by the book.
Oh and then my car, completely destroyed. The whole ignition panel was torn out, pieces on the floor, paint scratched off, etc. I’m mad at the ignition alone, it wasn’t lightly damaged, the whole thing was torn out. I had to “file a damage claim” and was told someone would reach out in 24-48 business hours about it. Great I still had to pay you $600+ for a vehicle YOU destroyed? Wonderful.
This place sucks, it’s a scam, and the police department needs to be better. Shame on them for contracting with such a shoddy service
F.Y.I. IF YOU GET YOUR VEHICLE OUT OF THE IMPOUND WITHIN THE FIRST 12 HOURS AFTER IT WAS TOWED, YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY THE TOWING FEE (104.00) .
AFTER THAT THEY START CHARGING YOU LIKE 50.00 A DAY.
Of course they don't tell you this becuz they want more money obviously.
They have a contract with the Peoria Police Dept. So they tow alot of cars. Hope this helps someone!!

They broke the front end during towing! I forgot my lic. & reg. on a Friday, went back on Monday and they "claimed" they didn't have it. Cost me $30 for duplicates. But they have legal working for them, not much I could do!

Maybe ur citation/Tow Repor If not your gonna need a signed and motorized letter giving permission thanks to Rob was also awesome in helping me get my wallet from the car. She definitely was kind patient and not rude for the start like Corina. Customer service is beyond bad was on hold for 15 minutes arrived to the location before I could even get an answer on the phone.
Western Towing definitely showed me a lot of respect and they allowed me to take all my property as long as I showed my registration and they treated me with so much respect and with so much laugh laughter and care I felt as though I was family with them they were happy to deal with me and I would recommend them to anybody sorry anyone
Got my car back from them with a dead battery, and all kinds of electrical probables including AC not working. Found a blown fuse that fixed everything and went about buying a new battery when AutoZone noticed the battery in my car wasn’t the one in their system. This place apparently replaced my Duralast gold battery with a cheap Duracell from Walmart and blew my fuse in the process. This place is straight trash. And to think they’re the go to for Glendale PD. Apparently they have little to no integrity!!
