I was given a quote of 150 dollars and 5 dollars extra per mile. I wasn't even asked what type of car and distance. The website indicates the price averages about 85-125.
Spoke with someone very briefly and they had a very short and unfriendly attitude. Trying to request their services, but oh well I guess I will just use another device instead. And for the record, dude if you have that much of a pissy attitude about doing your job. Then find a different job!!!!!! Beyond horrible
Company was great. Prices were good. Jay was amazing. He explained things to me and had an actual conversation with me. It was a way better experience then some of the past. Will definately use again if needed and spread the name.
Theresa set up a tow for our m2 freightliner quickly and painlessly. Then Albert came to pick it up. Very easy and comfortable process. Will use again for sure. 👍
I had a great experience. Showed up on time and found my car’s override for the break to prevent dark tire marks on my girlfriend’s parents driveway. He was a nice dude and had an interesting conversation on our way to the dealership.
They provided update information and driver called five minutes prior to arriving. Excellent service, extremely nice driver, i’ll definitely use this company again and recommend their Company with five stars.
The company and Doug , the driver both kept me updated on the status and it was greatly appreciated . The communication between all of us was exceedingly, thorough, and thoughtful and professional . And Doug even Patted the good dog . ( after getting permission of course ) Nice touch
My suburban wouldn’t go into park and the gentleman tried to see if he could fix it before towing the vehicle. I really appreciated that extra effort! He was friendly and prompt.

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they had my truck up on tow truck and to the repair shop inside an hour. Fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced for a pickup and tow to the repair shop. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if so I won't hesitate to call them!

For having to be towed it was actually a good friendly experience. The driver was curtious professional. If I needed another tow I would call them first and recommend them to family and friends.
Driver was great. This was a tow for a ¾T pick-up. This was a AAA contracted tow. I was told an hour & 15". At the 2 hr mark I called AAA as I had gotten no update from the tow service and the truck was not appearing on the AAA map. I was then told it would be *another* hour before the truck would be here. A total of 3 hrs which is a far cry from under 1.5 hrs. When the driver arrived, surprise, the truck was STILL not showing on the AAA map. Apache Sands used to service my area. Wish they still did.
Great service. Aaron got there as soon as was possible and had my 4Runner loaded on the flatbed in less than 15 minutes. Brought us home and dropped the truck in the parking spot without incident. Excellent customer service !!!
Tow truck showed up to my location in less than 20 minutes. Driver (Daniel) was awesome and really professional. He loaded my truck right up and got it to its destination safely. I would use this company again without a doubt. Great job!
I called for a tow and the guy that answered the phone was rude and argumentative when it came down to my location. The guy told me he would have a driver to me within 45mins. An hour and 10mims later....a driver calls me stating he would be at my location in 50mins. I had been in the cold for over an hour waiting. This cant be what customer service looks like these days. I hope the owner reads this and has a talk with his staff. Anyone can leave a review. So its best to give out great customer service and receive great reviews versus what I got.

We were stuck with a disabled vehicle with our three kids in 100+ degrees and we called for a tow. We were given an hour wait time. After an hour, we called to check on the status and Robert told us nothing was “on the board” and he’s all out of trucks. No attempts were made to correct the situation. He was very unprofessional, unhelpful, a waste of time.
Called at 5:28pm. Female dispatcher said it would be about 1 hour. Called an hour later. This company gave 0 cares that truck was on the way, no one was coming and they didn’t know about my van. Very bad customer service. Never ever, ever use this company. I wish there was negative star I could award them.
The young lady that dispatched the call was moving at a hundred miles an hour to get a driver to me thank you so much for that you are appreciated and the driver Rick was courteous and professional very intelligent man chopped it up for 45 minutes and the drive didn't even seem like it was 45 minutes Chandler Towing stay on the grind and you'll be fine
One of our drivers was stranded with a flat tire near Wild Horse Pass and I10. Our dispatcher called Chandler Towing and Recovery and they had a driver out there in 30 minutes to provide assistance. Great customer service!
