Fast and well done service! They were friendly and on time.

I had a great experience. Showed up on time and found my car’s override for the break to prevent dark tire marks on my girlfriend’s parents driveway. He was a nice dude and had an interesting conversation on our way to the dealership.

Tow truck showed up to my location in less than 20 minutes. Driver (Daniel) was awesome and really professional. He loaded my truck right up and got it to its destination safely. I would use this company again without a doubt. Great job!

Showed up fast within 15 minutes and the driver Ayel was a really cool and friendly guy. You can tell he enjoys doing his job and has a good attitude.

The company and Doug , the driver both kept me updated on the status and it was greatly appreciated . The communication between all of us was exceedingly, thorough, and thoughtful and professional . And Doug even Patted the good dog . ( after getting permission of course ) Nice touch

Great service. Aaron got there as soon as was possible and had my 4Runner loaded on the flatbed in less than 15 minutes. Brought us home and dropped the truck in the parking spot without incident. Excellent customer service !!!

They provided update information and driver called five minutes prior to arriving. Excellent service, extremely nice driver, i’ll definitely use this company again and recommend their Company with five stars.

Best towing service I’ve ever had

I called for a tow and the guy that answered the phone was rude and argumentative when it came down to my location. The guy told me he would have a driver to me within 45mins. An hour and 10mims later....a driver calls me stating he would be at my location in 50mins. I had been in the cold for over an hour waiting. This cant be what customer service looks like these days. I hope the owner reads this and has a talk with his staff. Anyone can leave a review. So its best to give out great customer service and receive great reviews versus what I got.

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they had my truck up on tow truck and to the repair shop inside an hour. Fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced for a pickup and tow to the repair shop. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if so I won't hesitate to call them!

Daniel Rocked! He arrived quickly, and I was kept informed of when he would be arriving. He was very courteous and understanding and helped me feel less silly about locking my keys in the car.

Called at 5:28pm. Female dispatcher said it would be about 1 hour. Called an hour later. This company gave 0 cares that truck was on the way, no one was coming and they didn’t know about my van. Very bad customer service. Never ever, ever use this company. I wish there was negative star I could award them.

Very bad customer service. The lady over the phone was rude. I’ve been told 60 minutes to 90 minutes 2 hours later no one showed up.

Driver was great. This was a tow for a ¾T pick-up. This was a AAA contracted tow. I was told an hour & 15". At the 2 hr mark I called AAA as I had gotten no update from the tow service and the truck was not appearing on the AAA map. I was then told it would be *another* hour before the truck would be here. A total of 3 hrs which is a far cry from under 1.5 hrs. When the driver arrived, surprise, the truck was STILL not showing on the AAA map. Apache Sands used to service my area. Wish they still did.

Theresa set up a tow for our m2 freightliner quickly and painlessly. Then Albert came to pick it up. Very easy and comfortable process. Will use again for sure. 👍

DO NOT USE! We were stuck with a disabled vehicle with our three kids in 100+ degrees and we called for a tow. We were given an hour wait time. After an hour, we called to check on the status and Robert told us nothing was “on the board” and he’s all out of trucks. No attempts were made to correct the situation. He was very unprofessional, unhelpful, a waste of time.

Very easy to get a tow ordered. Good communication on their end. Price was competitive to other companies. Would use again in the future.

Super fast response compared to others. Had two tires blow and they came in 45 minutes compared to two hours. Super courteous as well.

My suburban wouldn’t go into park and the gentleman tried to see if he could fix it before towing the vehicle. I really appreciated that extra effort! He was friendly and prompt.

These huys are awesome. They are professional, they know what they're doing, and they are nice. The rates are reasonable which takes off a lot of stress. I definitely will recommend them.

The young lady that dispatched the call was moving at a hundred miles an hour to get a driver to me thank you so much for that you are appreciated and the driver Rick was courteous and professional very intelligent man chopped it up for 45 minutes and the drive didn't even seem like it was 45 minutes Chandler Towing stay on the grind and you'll be fine

Danny arrived early , loaded my GMC Yukon with care and delivered it promptly to the specified vendor across town.

One of our drivers was stranded with a flat tire near Wild Horse Pass and I10. Our dispatcher called Chandler Towing and Recovery and they had a driver out there in 30 minutes to provide assistance. Great customer service!
