The reason im giving 2 stars is because they have a great sales department. I bought my forester there and it was a great experience. The reason its not 5 stars is because of service. I brought my 04 wrx in for a diagnostic and they couldnt give me a confident answer as to why it wasnt running correctly. They told me my valves were bad and I needed new heads, and they didn't want to work on it themselves. Turns out it was my alternator that was bad causing my car to run weird and has nothing to do with my valves. I paid 400$ for them to give me an incorrect answer. If you want to buy a subaru, this place is great for it. If you want service, go to the camelback location.

I bought my car here a couple of years ago, and it was an amazing experience. The service team is always friendly and helpful. Recently, I had an issue with my radio, and Adam took care of it right away. He went above and beyond when installing the replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend them!

This was my first contact with Chandler Subaru. I was so impressed with service department, Adam. He was responsive, professional and kept me updated. He was able to give me information on my vehicle and options for repair. My service was even completed a day earlier than promised. I highly recommend Subaru service department.

I have two Subarus and the experience here has been fantastic! The sales team is great, but the service department is where it is at. They are incredible! The moment you pull in you're greeted right in your vehicle. They take your car back and direct you to a very comfortable waiting area, or if available a loaner car while you wait. My last time in they sent be a video of the issue my vehicle was having. Unfortunately they told me it would not be covered under the extended warranty. After some discussion they decided to make the repairs under a goodwill gesture. I am very grateful for all they did. If your thinking of buying a Subaru, do it. They are great cars. With a service team they have your vehicle will be taken care of and on the road for a long time. Thank you Subaru Superstore you have a loyal customer here.

Took my vehicle in and they recommended full mileage service, changing rear break pads, and installing a new rear wheel hub. $2200 dollars later I picked up my vehicle and started hearing a loud revving noise from the back tires like my car was not shifting down into gear. It got worse when driving over 30mph. Engine was running fine and was shifting fine but the noise was new. Really disappointed that I got it back in worse condition than before getting it worked on. Currently going to take it back in. Not a great first experience here at all.

All was good until the sales manager refused to take my pre-approved Navy-Fed bank loan check. He must make a commission on in-house loans because the excuse was nuts. Why would I have to wait for it to clear after 7 days before I could have the vehicle? Do the banks they use swoop over with a bag of cash???? He also made me very uncomfortable, speaking over me and leaning in unnecessarily close to me while trying to convince me my pre-approved loan wouldn't work. I know it works because I and both of my children have used the same loan process on other vehicles we've purchased. Very weird experience. I feel sorry for the sales guy helping me. The manager ruined his sale. ***Car dealerships have difficulty with customers who have pre-approved loans because financing is a significant source of profit for the dealership. When a customer uses an outside lender, the dealership loses its ability to earn money by marking up the interest rate, a process known as "dealer reserve". This can cause a dealership to be uncooperative and use tactics to encourage customers to switch to in-house financing.

My entire experience was more than amazing with these guys. Loved the service, loved the price, loved all the little things they did before/after/during the sales process to make everything go so smoothly and maybe most of all I really appreciated their honesty. These guys are legit. I highly recommend.

I was in this morning with a hard to diagnose problem with one of my running lights. I no sooner entered the waiting room then my Service Advisor Jerry Z came in and explained it was just a burned out bulb and he replaced it. A less reputable place could have told me lots of things could be causing that problem and I could have ended up paying a big bill for a minor issue. Jerry"s help and pleasent attitude was very much appreciated.

Just want to brag about how wonderful this store is. We purchased our WRX almost 2 1/2 years ago here and we always get our services done here as well. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Especially, Mckenzy!!! Even when we have our services done, you can’t even tell they touched the car because they are so careful. We will definitely keep doing business here. Thank you Subaru!!!

Bought a WRX on Sunday and had a phenomenal experience. Joshua from sales was patient (not pushy) and gave me all of the time I needed to explore various options and services to go with my purchase. Tom Darby from Finance was also the biggest help, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. Cant see enough good things about working with this finance department.

We appreciated the personal set up of memory seats and infotainment system. My "new to me" Outback was a pleasure to drive the 2 hours home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, never pressured, and had an overall pleasant experience. Darby was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer questions and ensure my daughter was completely comfortable with her decision. Four years later we can confidently say the car has been reliable and the purchase was a great investment—something we credit to the personal support we received by Darby and his shared personal experience of owning Subaru vehicles as well. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised to recently hear from Darby. It’s rare to find that level of commitment to customer care. His follow-up was very thoughtful and appreciated, and it’s that kind of service that makes a lasting impression and deserves recognition. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I put a deposit down to hold a new Forester in transit. It was exactly what we wanted. Brandon was very dependable, knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged our own financing and Tom got us through his department with no fuss. The post purchase orientation was relaxed and thorough. We returned about 10 days later and Darrin went over a second review. We are very happy with our new Subaru and would recommend Subaru Superstore of Gilbert without reservation.

This past Sunday we drove from Peoria to Chandler Subaru. It was a long drive, but well worth the extra time. We got to the dealership just after the doors opened - less than three hours later we owned a new Forester. The car suits us, and the price was fair. Everyone we met at the store was pleasant and helpful. In particular our thanks to Luciano Olguin, who helped us find our car at a price we could pay . He was very patient and stayed with us from beginning to end. Thanks also to Tom Darby, who went through all the financial paperwork with remarkable speed and clarity. And to Grant, who gave Susan a useful tutorial on the Forester's electronic accessories. Happy to give Chandler Subaru a well-deserved 5 stars!

I had a great experience working with Dan Falls when purchasing my new car. The process was incredibly smooth, and he was very knowledgeable. I walked in on Friday afternoon with a general idea of the car I wanted. Dan showed me a few different options, and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday. By Saturday afternoon, I drove off with my new car. I would give Dan a 5/5 recommendation for his excellent service. Plus, he provided his cell number for any questions I had before finalizing the sale.

I recently bought my first Subaru here after riding a motorcycle for a long time. I’m not used to the process of bringing in a vehicle for service. I don’t even write reviews honestly but Lily my service advisor is worth mentioning. She has treated me with genuine kindness and respect and is accurate on all my updates. Found a car I wanted online. Brandon with internet sales was amazing. No pressure, let multiple family members drive the car, and was beyond helpful. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t buy a car in under and hour. The finance guy (Brian I believe) had me in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest car buying experience of my life hands down.

We had a decently smooth process when purchasing. Overall pleasant experience and there were some nice people we spoke to. Howeverrrrr, I was told that they’d be filling up the car to half a tank before we left, didn’t realize until I was almost home— a whopping 16 miles later— that I was almost on E. They did not fill the car up, at all. This place is stingy. Oh, and be sure to ask to remove the $200 VTR fee that they tack on that is listed under their “mandatory” fees. This is for the VIN etching that costs the dealership a whole $5!!! I thankfully got that taken off in my final total. Should’ve asked for an itemized list and never trusted their whole “no hidden fees” spiel when they talked crap about other dealers who do. That’s on me though.

Had an awesome experience buying a car here. Dan Falls is a straightforward, no frills, drive your car out of the lot in 1 hour guy. He made buying the car easy. We bought a 2024 Crosstrek Premium. As a new transplant in Chandler AZ buying a car here is a breeze. This dealership is highly recommended.

I had been searching for a small SUV for some time and test drove several. For various reasons didn’t ’fall in love’ until I drove my Subaru outback! Additionally I usually don’t like feeling ‘pressured’ by salespeople. However when I arrived at Subaru of Chandler I never felt ‘pressured’ at all. I met with Charlie Webb and oddly I approached him first and inquired about the vehicle I wanted to know more about. Mr Webb was just fabulous and I am forever grateful he was actually a salesperson! As it turned out-I did fall in love as soon as I drove ‘my’ Subaru. The staff, Charlie Webb and the finance team (I met with a Mr. Darby? And he was fantastic too) make purchasing so effortless! (For the record I was stressed!). I have not purchased a new vehicle and had so many questions! They were patient and informative and NO PRESSURE was given at any point! Absolutely would recommend not only the dealership but the vehicles! I just love my outback! I was receiving information and tips and tricks before leaving on ‘how to’ and getting ‘signed up’ for my introduction to my vehicle class -which can occur with in the next 14 -30 days of purchase to learn additional tips that one may forget or not yet know. Love that place! Love my new car!!
