Took my car in today for oil change/tire rotation and to have my broken passenger visor replaced. I come to this location every time & Jim is always the one taking care of me. He is absolutely fantastic at what he does. Thorough, kind, and professional! Had to add a couple of extra services today but they still managed to get me out in a couple of hours.

Went in knowing I wanted just an oil change and a tire rotation. My service advisor Francisco was friendly and got me taken care of! He was informative instead of pushy with his suggestions of some additional service that I could have done, which is a rarity in the car business today. Very pleased with my experience!

Had service done here and i was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and transparency. Was initially quoted from a local shop $300+ to have a stud fixed on my hub and then walked out of subaru with a bill of $44 and I left with a detailed inspection including videos of what else they recommended I serviced, plus a car wash. My service advisor Kaylee was excellent and made the whole process run smoothly. I will definitely be returning the next time I need my car serviced!

Appreciated the service including you paying for a service to a nearby bookstore while I waited. I didn't have an Uber app on my phone, so I wasn't picked up since I didn't know who to look for, but, now I realize Uber donated $1 million to tRump, while Lyft donated $1million to the ACLU, so, I'll be using Lyft from now on and hope you switch, too. Thank you.

I’ve been having my Subaru serviced at this location for almost 5 years and for the first time Saturday, I dealt with Xavier Horvath, his professional service and kind pleasant approach was awesome! I took his card so I can ensure to deal with him going forward. He was great to work with and always kept me updated while I waited for my car to be done. Likely the best sales experience I've had, in any capacity.
Stopped in briefly a few days prior to my purchase, just to view a couple vehicles, and had a genuine, informative conversation on the vehicles I was interested in with no sales antics pushed on me.
Drew up a brief summary of purchase prices, and I went on my way.
Decided a few days later to purchase a vehicle from this company, and so happy that I did.
The majority of my interactions were with Max, who was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and products involved, answered every question with ease, and had a very personable and wonderful attitude.
Their Sales Manager Jack even came out to introduce himself, and resolved any minor issues that arose with care and easy resolution.
He continued to be involved in the process to help in any way that he could and made sure to address any concerns I may have (which were none).
Also, I worked with Brandon on the Finance portion, who was quick, precise and made the process easy to understand.
Not being fluent in understanding loans, warranties, etc., Brandon answered all questions and explained in great detail which was much appreciated.
Gave thorough breakdowns and helped me decide the best path financially.
Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company not only because it's a great car (2026 Forester Wilderness) but because of how wonderful the people they hire are.
For once buying a car was exactly what it should be; fun and exciting.

I visited Chandler Subaru for regular maintenance on my Crosstrek. I had appt and I had to wait 2 hours for car to be ready. My car maintenance was completed. They pulled my car outfront and I had to wait 15 minutes to get back in it due to service advisors chit chatting with their co-workers No car wash, no window cleaning, no extras at all.

Is always a great experience. Service is done in a timely manner and they keep you posted throughout. They even text you a video of the under carriage of your car. Waiting area is clean with treats supplied. Very comfortable. Thank you.

Brought this outback in for a simple leak (a complete engine exterior reseal) turned into another nightmare of issues.
Took about 3 Day turnaround to get it resolved which is fine but upon picking up the vehicle it was left with an issue that they couldn't resolve although the vehicle did not arrive with the issue... After bickering back and forth to get this done correctly, it was going to turn into a let's start throwing parts at it and see if this corrects the issue... Turned out to be. Just a couple of loose wires from a connector that they removed and there so called expert tech spent a week to not be able to find. Now 18,000 miles and a $4,200 service later, low and behold, it's leaking again! Why don't we chock it up and refund this headache.
If you're looking for service to be done to your Subaru I recommend, 1. doing yourself or 2. finding an independent shop...Dec 21, 2025 -
Mark Taylor was the BEST sales man I could’ve ever asked for! He was patient and insightful as well as extremely knowledgeable on the car I was buying. Even helped find probably the best certified preowned outback on their lot and I got a great deal on it. Sai had his team clean up and detail my new car in record time as well! Spent 5 hours at the dealership and it only felt like 2 hours. Amazing experience! If you’re buying from this location definitely ask for Mark!

I brought my wife's Outback in for tire rotation, oil change and new wipers. Darien checked the car in, I headed to the customer lounge for coffee and cookies. In no time the car was ready and Darien went over what the mechanic's found on the inspection. After paying my invoice I was off to continue my day. We will continue to have our Outback serviced here while in Arizona.

Service center people denied me oil change service at 5:15 PM, service hours say 6 PM. Said I needed appointment, I explained to them that I work a lot and it’s hard for me to stick with an appointment. Still didn’t care. Peoria Subaru would have taken me, appointment or not. So if you’re reading this, go to Peoria/Arrowhead Subaru if you want better service and customer service in general. No other cars were around and the service desk people weren’t helping anyone because I was the only one there. Seems like they just wanted to go home instead of do their job…

Took my Subaru in to get an oil change and the tires rotated. The service advisor. Justin contacted us said they were running a little behind. It’ll be an hour to an 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait time. After waiting over two hours, I contacted Justin again and he said it would be at least another two hours and that they hadn’t even started on the car yet. Not happy that NO ONE came out to let us know it was going to be another 2 hours. When I made this appointment over a week ago all the times were open. Why even make an appointment when they don’t seem to honor it. All the manager could say was the he was sorry. Also the manager claim that Justin told us it would be a wait time of 3 hours which was a lie. Won’t be going back there again.
UPDATE…UPDATE…..
The next day after this incident I was contacted by Adam Morrison-Vega and Rob Bullard both are service managers. Both requested we give them another chance at taking care of our Subaru. We did but only if they could change the oil, rotate the tires and wash the car with 90 minutes. Well everything was done in less than 90 minutes and both managers couldn’t have been more accommodating and taking care of us. Because of these two gentlemen, we will go back again, and have them take care of our Subaru. Thank you.Nov 10, 2025 -
UPDATE: Subaru contacted me early Monday morning because of this review. I will say that they handled it well- because i was out of town for medical reasons, they picked up my car and worked on it, then delivered it back before I returned home. I am adding the stars because though they didn't admit to wrong doing, they fixed my car. And the customer service was excellent. Robert did a great job communicating and attending to my needs. He was very understanding as well which I appreciated because of the situation: having to rent a car to get to my medical appointments v.s driving my own car which was why I brought it in for service the first place, to make sure it was road-worthy .

I took my vehicle here for 90k service and oil change. 3 days later, my check engine light comes on (I had had only driven it once, approx 5 miles total, since getting home that day). I took it to Auto Zone bc its a Sunday and they are closed. THEY OVER FILLED MY OIL. NO idea what kind of damage is done but this is a terrible place. I wish i had not gone there.Nov 10, 2025 -
Recently went in for a service and waited over 4 hours for a tire change and 30k mile maitnence with alignment my advisor rarley updated the website we get texted when the service begins. Additionally I requested my car not be detailed to the girl at the desk, since my advisor was nowhere to be found anywhere in the store. Shortly following the next 30 minutes I follow up and was told the message was relayed to my advisor or the maintenance crew and I finally get my car back to see my request have been ignored.
Moreover at the start of the service I noted to my advisor that my seat is NOT to be moved this request was also ignored. However the advisor for the short time I saw him was positive and informative to deal with.Nov 09, 2025 -
I brought my Subaru in for its 120K mile service and was initially quoted $1,200—noticeably higher than the $950 average I’d seen at other Subaru dealerships in the area. After I raised the issue, they did honor the $950 price, which I appreciated.
During the visit, they identified an "oil leak" and recommended a $5,000 head gasket replacement. However, they did not report performing any diagnostics to confirm this—no compression test, no leak-down test, no dye tracing. For a repair of that magnitude, I would expect clear evidence and a documented diagnostic process. A few months prior, a faulty oil filter had caused oil to spill across the engine bay. That issue was external and resolved. It’s concerning that residual oil from that incident was misinterpreted as a head gasket failure—especially without diagnostic confirmation.
My car also had a check engine light at the time, which I paid to have diagnosed. They recommended replacing the EVAP check valve. I declined the service due to the cost. Interestingly, the check engine light turned off shortly afterward and has remained off for over three weeks—suggesting that my own earlier step of replacing the gas cap may have resolved the issue. This means the mechanics recommended a "fix" that appeared to be unnecessary.
Overall, I expected a more thorough and transparent approach before recommending such a costly repair, especially given that they are supposed to be the Subaru experts. I’d encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing major work.Nov 08, 2025 -
I had a great experience at Subaru Superstore of Chandler purchasing a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Premium. I worked with Josh and Sia (spelling?). I completed the purchase in a day--I stopped in in the morning to test drive a few vehicles (a mix of used and new), and I returned in the afternoon to complete the purchase. Josh was a low-pressure salesman. He was patient while I test drove a variety of vehicles and changed my mind more than a couple times. I communicated my financial needs (focused on monthly payments), and Josh worked to meet those needs. I got a fair price on my trade-in. The advertised financing on new cars was honored. And I found a car that works within my budget that more than met my expectations. The dealership worked with me around a little hiccup on my trade-in; my wife was a co-owner of the car, and she had a scheduling conflict that meant she was running a little late; the dealership juggled the order of events so she could make her visit as efficiently as possible. I actually started communicating with Josh over a week before the day of purchase, and he was responsive to text and voicemails. The car I'm driving is better than any car I've owned, and I couldn't be happier. I haven't had any experience with the service department yet, so I may update this review after the first six-month scheduled visit (the first two years of standard service are included with the purchase of a new Subaru). Low pressure, fair, friendly, quick service, flexible processes, a great experience.

I have never been treated so rudely at a dealership in my 62 years. I drove up in a 2017 Subaru Forester and was immediately profiled as not worthy of a salesman’s time to show me a vehicle. After walking around the showroom with 4 salesmen just sitting watching the lot entrance for what they deemed a worthy client, I had to ask them directions to the car I was interested in only to have them walk me out to a locked car that they then left me to get keys to open and just walk away saying if you have any questions just let me know…

Not coming back to do service on my car to this dealer. All is good when you schedule a service, although when I followed up to discuss a damaged stud on a wheel preventing the lug nut to go all the way in, no solution was discussed as they did not claim responsibility of the work. The worse part is that although I called 3 times, my advisor was always busy with other customers and never returned my call even though he was supposed to. I asked for the manager and also was “busy”. I will not jeopardize the safety of me and family by going to do service on my car in this place. I will not recommend this place to friends and family. Such a disappointment, own and fix your mistakes!

I have had a reoccurring issue with the controls for the front passenger window on my WRX. This dealership has "fixed" it twice before, and it's now broken again. When I brought my car in for regular service a month ago, I was told they needed to order the correct part and would call me when it came in to schedule the work. They never called me back.

The reason im giving 2 stars is because they have a great sales department. I bought my forester there and it was a great experience. The reason its not 5 stars is because of service. I brought my 04 wrx in for a diagnostic and they couldnt give me a confident answer as to why it wasnt running correctly. They told me my valves were bad and I needed new heads, and they didn't want to work on it themselves. Turns out it was my alternator that was bad causing my car to run weird and has nothing to do with my valves. I paid 400$ for them to give me an incorrect answer. If you want to buy a subaru, this place is great for it. If you want service, go to the camelback location.

I have two Subarus and the experience here has been fantastic! The sales team is great, but the service department is where it is at. They are incredible! The moment you pull in you're greeted right in your vehicle. They take your car back and direct you to a very comfortable waiting area, or if available a loaner car while you wait.
My last time in they sent be a video of the issue my vehicle was having. Unfortunately they told me it would not be covered under the extended warranty. After some discussion they decided to make the repairs under a goodwill gesture. I am very grateful for all they did.
If your thinking of buying a Subaru, do it. They are great cars. With a service team they have your vehicle will be taken care of and on the road for a long time.

I put a deposit down to hold a new Forester in transit. It was exactly what we wanted. Brandon was very dependable, knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged our own financing and Tom got us through his department with no fuss. The post purchase orientation was relaxed and thorough. We returned about 10 days later and Darrin went over a second review. We are very happy with our new Subaru and would recommend Subaru Superstore of Gilbert without reservation.

Found a car I wanted online. Brandon with internet sales was amazing. No pressure, let multiple family members drive the car, and was beyond helpful. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t buy a car in under and hour. The finance guy (Brian I believe) had me in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest car buying experience of my life hands down.
