You walk in and somebody says welcome or at least acknowledges you, then they ask if you want help, and then, if your really lucky, they will get the item as well. Don't expect it all the time, but....they are also very knowledgeable about their stuff. Have fun. You won't be disappointed.
I came in to check my battery because my car was having issues starting. Donivan was very helpful and figured out the battery was bad. He went way above and beyond to help install a new one and was also just very kind and informative about the whole process. It's rare to receive such good service, he was great.
Clinton was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting the right wiper blades for my Subaru. He also introduced me to the store's price-matching program, and patiently waited while I found a Walmart price to match. Thanks to his guidance, I saved $30! He was very informative, professional, and made the whole shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciate his excellent customer service!

Clinton’s exceptional in helping me solve a major axle repair issue I was dealing with on my 2010 Camry. He guided me to help resolve the issue as he has excellent mechanical knowledge. His help saved me from going to a mechanic and spend 100’s of dollars in unnecessary repairs.
Manager Joey took care of us and everyone coming in with fast and exceptional service honoring warranties and doing the job right. This is my store...he just took care of our Lexus and me and my son maintain our Ford trucks here all the time. We do as much as we can ourselves and these guys keep us going way better than Autozone.
Clinton is one of the best people working here. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. No up selling, just what I need which is much appreciated. There's also a young kid that works there with blonde hair and he is also very helpful. It's encouraging to encounter helpful smiling staff these days. Keep up the great work. I live in Apache junction and was on a job in the area till I noticed my oil light was on. I usually have the worst customer service ever with AutoZone, napa, and some O'Reilly's stores but this one particularly was amazing. Jessie went out of his way and helped with an oil pressure sensor. With my big hands, I couldn't get to the spot that was needed and he went out of his way and helped me. He insured as well that I got all the sockets and tools I needed for the job. I'm very pleased with the work, grateful for his help. Without him, I would have been stranded or my vehicle would have. I couldn't ask for a true blessing to happen. Thank you again sir if you read this. I'm happy to say, my vehicle is running phenomenal.
This O'Reilly's is awesome. I go out of my way to come here for the customer service. The whole staff is professsional and knowledgeable. I've ordered many parts, use the oil/filter recycle and am in the store at least a few times a month. They are always willing to help!!
Joey was incredibly caring as he helped me get the very best deal on a new car battery!! Even helped me get money back and reduced battery price on battery previously purchased from competitor!! Made me cry with all he did for me! What a wonderful person with such a huge heart!!
Honestly, O'Reilly Auto parts is the best auto parts chain that we have in the Phoenix area and I like them because they're all the way across the country. So if I need to warranty a part it's no problem. However, the reason I gave them four stars and not five is because frequently they do not have the part I need in the store. I realize it's understandable because they can't have every part for every car and they do have excellent delivery service from their main Warehouse.
I believe their parts source has better quality because I used to buy parts at another store and maybe they would warranty the part but I still had to change it again. I bought the same parts at O'Reilly and haven't had to change it ever again.
Again, because we live in a world of chain parts stores, just go to the best option.

My vehicle was over heating, I stopped at this O' Reilly and Clinton gave me the best customer experience. He checked my vehicle, brought a fan to cool it down, poured the coolant and performed some tests before I left. Exceptional customer service!
Just leaving O'Reilly Auto Parts on Ocotillo in Chandler, AZ. Let me tell you. I came in late after work. Almost their closing time. The gentleman named Marco was so polite, warm, welcoming, professional. I asked Marco if he would help me put in the new light bulb I just bought for my headlight. He helped me and I appreciate him soooo much!!I know where I will buy all my auto parts from now on!!

Great store with great people! They are super helpful. John was awesome....he helped me pick out the right car battery and even offered to hold the light for me while I replaced the battery! Great prices and really helpful folks make this store must go to for auto parts.

I rarely review chain operations; however my experience is always so positive at here O'Reilly's, I wanted to do so. The staff here is always very knowledgeable, and happy to assist with making sure you get what you need for your vehicle. When I needed headlight lamps, the guy working there (sorry I don't remember his name) came out to make sure which light was out; then double checked to make sure I purchased the correct bulb. Just one example of the quality service here. Thank you!
I haven't been to O'Reilly in a while. This was my first trip to this location. Ty (Tyler) and rest of the staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and bend over backwards to help out. Great products and fair prices. Kudos to Tyler, he made sure that I have the right part and all the information I need install the part in my car. Thank you!
