Wonderful, professional, fast, honest, and affordable service. So far, I couldn't be happier. My whole family uses Mescal Auto Service now and we've never been disappointed. Fast and friendly service and right down the road for us!!

I highly recommend this place they have worked on my car and my truck for many years I have compared prices to all the other places in town and this place by far Beats everyone else's prices and the quality of work is amazing they guarantee their work their friendly their informative their knowledgeable and they have amazing customer service skills that communication is what I like the most they communicate with you that you can talk to a real person who answers the phone and if you have to leave a message they will immediately call you back times I've had to leave my vehicle there they've not charged me extra for it. And then one of the very few that do front end alignments. They have beat every price in town for everything I needed done to both of my vehicles. They offer coffee & water a comfortable seating area. They will answer with gladness any questions you have. I've been there when it's been extremely busy and hectic and ask questions and they took their time and explained everything thoroughly without rushing me through the line they make sure I understood everything and I love the fact that they will not do anything to your car without your permission they quote you a price and discuss it with you first before they just take it and run with it.

I was traveling cross-country when my car suddenly started overheating in Arizona. There wasn’t a clear reason why, and I couldn’t keep driving safely. By the grace of God, I happened to pull off right by this auto shop, and I couldn’t have been luckier. Even though it was late in the afternoon when my car started acting up, they got me in the very next morning. Becky and the mechanics were absolutely wonderful—so kind, patient, and thorough. At first, they couldn’t replicate the issue, but they didn’t give up. They kept troubleshooting until they found the problem. It turned out to be a quick fix, but their diligence gave me peace of mind and likely kept me from breaking down in the middle of the desert later on. I am forever thankful for Becky and the entire team here—they truly were God-sends. If you ever need work done in this area, I 100% recommend this shop.

Had a tire blow out on the freeway and even though they were swamped with repairs mescal auto service squeezed me into their schedule. If it wasn't for them I would've been stranded for much longer. Front desk service was awesome. Would definitely recommend going here for anything auto related if you're in the area.

So very pleased with promptness replying to my emergency. Excellent service very reasonable price. My RV axel displaced, whell started smoking, it was a Friday and they were very busy, but they took my RV in, chckedit on My Monday and it was ready on Wednesday!

Not sure what their problem is but if you don’t know how much the bill is the you don’t know how to fix a truck. These guys wanted a blank check rofl…. Just buy AAA insurance, 200 miles for $200 a year and tow your car well away from this place. Hope this saves you some trouble.

We have been taking all three of our vehicles to Mescal Auto for the last three years. So far so good on repairs and oil changes. They also support military and do have discounts.

Had my truck towed in for starter problems it was scheduled for the day after it was towed in. But they knew I had kin in the hospital and just started a new job. They started work on the vehicle early and it was done in a day. The price was far less than I feared. You will be who I come to for future repairs. Great work!

Called to get in for an oil change. Reana was very easy to talk to and got me in right away. The shop was clean and everyone was friendly. Michael was my service tech and he did a great job! Very time efficient. He answered all my questions and very respectful. Love this shop! Will be back for all my auto repair needs.

Had a blow out right as I started my road trip back up to Oregon. Realized my psi was a little low, these guys had no problems checking the tires on my trailer, and making sure there was no damage from the blow out.

One of my truck tires blew apart today on the highway right before the exit. I was able to limp it to this shop which was very clean and professional. After lending me the proper tools as well as the help of one of their mechanics I was able to get back on the road. I was never asked for money or mistreated. This is a very honest and friendly shop and I highly recommend it to everyone.

From the moment you walk into the reception area and are greeted by Brianna or Becky with a smile and ' how can we help you' , you are made to feel at ease, now on to the mechanics , how nice it is in these times to have a mechanic say good morning and have a pleasant attitude, the owner is always on hand with advise , he also works in the shop , and now the shop , I was really impressed with how clean they keep the shop floor and surroundings. Message to the owner , THANKYOU !! for employing such good quality employees.

Just moved to Benson and needed a new mechanic. Got the air filter serviced, oil changed and CV axle replaced on my secondary truck. Prices beat anybody back from where I came and work was much better quality. Done in a very timely manner as well. Will definitely be returning to them in the future. ?

We take our motor home to them for annual service and they look over everything and make sure we are road worthy for our summer travels. This year they found air leaks and researched the air lines and fixed them. Last year they found a front stabilizer bar missing and went and found one and got it installed. Always above and beyond our service expectation's. Oh and did I say what they charge is so very reasonable, well below what we would expect.

I moved in the area and needed a good mechanic, came across this place and they were amazing. Great price, great work, and even better customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic. If you’re looking, definitely come here.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotating. Everyone was nice and the office was clean/organized. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely return again. Very happy with the service.

This shop is AMAZING, They have done so much for me and restoring my Bronco. I love this place so much that i drive 42 miles one way to have them work on my vechile. Ive never had a issue or any doubt of any sort about their work. You would have to be out of your mind to give them anything less than a good review. THANK YOU MESCAL AUTO! I will continue to come to them for any mechanical work!

Mescal Auto helped me out so much when my new to me car started acting weird. They were quick at identifying the issues and getting it fixed for me. Both the front desk and Mike were super nice and helpful! I'll definitely be going back!

Mike, Brittany and his team are awesome. Our motorhome left us stranded on the side of the road, Thursday night before Memorial Day weekend. A mutual friend recommended Mike and his shop over the one AAA wanted to tow us too. Everything was just as expected they were prompt and professional. They kept looking for the solution and finally were able to fix it in just a few hours. They saved us from having to cancel our 2 week vacation plans.

What a joke! We are on a road trip and ended up blowing a tire on our travel trailer. Stopped into this place because it says they did RV repairs. They were rude from the start. Didn't even have an RV tire. Said they were too busy to help us. We asked if we could at least borrow a jack, so they begrudgingly lent us one, but when I asked for a jack hook they said they didn't have one, which I sincerely doubt. If they wanted to help they would have. Period. Don't waste your time. if you can swing it, head into Tuscan and avoid this shotty business.

(18months later but) I'm posting this for one of the best shops in southern AZ. My car (2007 Ford Panther platform) needed a TON of work before a long road trip and they got it all done in a few days! The 1500mi road trip went without any problems. I live 40mi away but will be happy to bring my car there again if needed.

Excellent, super fast and courteous service. Most professional shop in the Benson area. Very high tech and the owner, Mike, really knows his stuff! He's been doing it all his life. Great place to bring your car, truck, RV or practically anything. They will do the job right and treat you right.

Was in a real fix. 2 of our cars crapped out within a week of each other. Both were fixed quickly and reasonable price. Hope they stay around as good mechanics are hard to find! Update- one of our cars we have taken back additional times because the battery is being drained. Still do not know what's wrong and not fixed.

Excellent place to get your car fixed. FAST friendly, really helpful. They don't overcharge. They Rescued us, made sure to get is to a hotel for the night. They had our car fixed by 11 am the next day. Thank you! So Much! These people go above an beyond, hard to find great people like this!

I had such a great experience here! Mike, Brittany and the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. They do great work! I'm from Georgia and I was passing through to California and needed help. They were right on it! I ended up having them order me new tires and on my way back through, had them put them on today. I was also impressed how clean the shop and waiting area was! Very professional! I wish this shop and the people in it were in Georgia!! I'd give this shop 10 STARS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
