They towed Both my Toyota Tundra on Halloween , and just towed my son’s Honda Pilot from Nearly the SAME location on Az Scenic Route Highway 83. Just a couple days ago. I10 has been just Dangerous with construction during the Holidays , routing heavy traffic on Tiny Scenic Highway 83. Then just this past Saturday , horrible bumper to bumper traffic led to my son Not being able to avoid a vehicle Stopped in the middle of Highway 83 , desperately trying to turn on Sahurita Road
These guys absolutely saved the day for me. They responded quickly, they were honest and helpful, and they even went out of their way to recommend a better way to fix my issue that saved me money on what would have been a very expensive tow. I would absolutely recommend them.
We have a 4500 with a 40' LQ horse trailer.

I called them in the morning 10:00 Am and the driver said he was in phx but can make it by 4:00 pm which was fine. I called back an hour later and he said he was on route, then another hour goes by and they didn’t even remember what vehicle I had, and thought I had a Cadillac and then proceeds to say they couldn’t do it anymore. Had me waiting all day for someone not to show up last minute. Would not recommend to get a tow from them.
Super unprofessional spoke with a lady that very rudely says I'm not gonna bug my employee that is late for work and proceeds to try and justify her by saying she had an emergency. When beforehand she had said she would be there by 9 am they are liars and unknowledgeable.
You may think twice before calling Rapid Towing.. They charge $300.00 an hour to tow a semi which is fine but got to my truck at 8:55 pm spoke to him at 10:00 pm because he had already charged me for 2 hours $600.00 plus 60.00 for fuel.. he states he starts charging the moment he leaves the yard (which was right down the street).. just tow to the other side of the freeway.. $660.00 from one side of the freeway to the other.. absolutely ridiculous
Horrible horrible experience, Went to collect my personal belongings from a totaled vehicle and NOBODY was there to assist. I drove 4hr 30mins from Texas, arrived at 1600 Tuesday was told to come back tomorrow because i didn't have the proper paperwork so i got a hotel had the proper paperwork sent over in the morning (10am)ASAP, got to the wreck yard at around 11am with CLOSED signs all over. How are you going to operate a business that does NOT have ANYONE at the office who has permission to access emails, allow for people to get their vehicles/ personal belongings... spoke with a lady who was ZERO help (probably owners wife) she wasn't going to be bothered with providing decent customer service. Stayed there until around 1700 Wednesday hoping that just one authorized person would show up and nothing, drove back and now i don't know when I'll have the time to go pickup my belongings. Money on hotel, food, gas now WASTED. A family of three from Phoenix had taken time off from work and rented equipment just to pick up their vehicle only to be driving back empty handed. You need to have authorized staff at your business during business hours at all times, plain and simple!
Such an amazing company. I was in an accident. My tow driver found me a hotel drove me over there helped carry in all my belongings. And was so caring and nice. After being in a bad accident, I was so shaken up. When I went to go get my stuff out of the car the next day this company was so pleasant and kind. They have been so nice to work with and they’ve helped me out since a couple times. I highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy and I appreciate everything you did for me. It made my traumatic experience, much less traumatic . .
Place is a scam my friend was driving from Texas to Tucson car battery died he called them for help it was after hours they denied his help saying everyone was off already which was fine so car was left till next morning car was gone rapid had vandalized my friends car that night and had reported it we called the police station and they said that car was reported by an unidentified pedestrian yeah right...we know holidays are right around the corner people be careful and call a family member or someone you could trust before you call a towing place...
These guys are fantastic. After waiting 4 hours for AAA for a tow (AAA is a useless racket IMO), I called Rapid and they were there within 30 minutes. Incredibly nice and professional. Garrison went the extra mile (so to speak) and can’t thank him enough. Great service.
Absolutely the best towing company out there. Reasonable priced for towing and storage. This is the best customer service we have received. If you have the pleasure of working with them Caitlyn will be your biggest help and savior when it comes to any questions you might have and overall a good person to talk to. 100% would recommend this company to any one that is in need of a towing service or repair.
On 22 July 2021 I had to call AAA for a Tow from my office to Benson, AZ.
The driver was very Courteous, Professional and kind in handling this matter.
My issue is NOT with the driver, but rather with the Owner of Rapid Towing who had the audacity to take Advantage of a situation by charging an extra $100.00 for what he called "Off-Road" access, which in fact was less than 1/8 mile on a Hard-Pact Common use road.
Unfortunately, it is either Pay or Stay and I had NO choice; my vehicle had to be towed.
Not only am I dropping AAA for this, but I will NEVER use Rapid Towing again unless the owner reconciles the charge and becomes reasonable about when and where to apply appropriate charges.
Slowest clean up and accident recovery EVER! I've spent more time stuck in traffic on I-10 waiting on these guys. I wonder if the guys from Tim's Wrecker would be willing to offer classes on how to get it done quickly and efficiently so we could spend less time waiting on these amateurs.
I worked with the people at Rapid with an issue I had, and each time I talked with them they were very polite and easy to work with. They even shipped me something I needed even though they were under no obligation to do so. Would recommend.

I am so proud of this towing company.
My enterprise rental car had a flat tire 2 miles from the Mexican border and no one would come and get me because that area is very dangerous as there are mass herds of illegal immigrants moving through the area as well as people smuggling in cocaine. It's very dangerous to even be there.
I had no idea that this was the situation and I was just planning on spending a leisurely 30 minutes taking some photographs of the sunset and then I was going to travel back to Tucson but my tire went flat on the side of the road and I was stranded there for two hours.
Border patrol told me to get the vehicle out of the area immediately and I called several tow companies but the only one that would come was rapid towing and recovery and let me tell you when he pulled up with all of his lights on and pulled my rental car onto the tow truck it was a sight for sore eyes.
I will sing this company's praises until the day I die if you're in a jam call rapid towing and recovery they will come and get you for sure and they're not afraid to drive down to the border.
