I'm over 55 and disabled, I went in to ask if they could help me with a flat tire on my ebike, my only transportation. I was told no bc their insurance wouldn't cover it.. I asked if he knew of a place, he said, " Maybe" 2 miles up the road. He couldn't give me the name of the place. And I'm standing there with a cane.

Just wanna take a minute and say how awesome these guys are! They really Went out of their way to help us out!! We were broke down stranded in the side of I 10 when we called Oakley’s Garage for a tow. Unfortunately, our car blew a head gasket. They told us that it would definitely take some time to get repaired so we went back home. They called us the next week with an estimate for the repairs. Prices were great, so we decided to proceed with the repairs. The following week they called us, letting us know. The car was all ready for pick up and was actually Came out under the quoted price! This place is honest, and the people that work there are great!! Would recommend it to everyone!!

Oakley's did an amazing job! We were looking for a new mechanic after our last mechanic took months to get an appointment and then had our vehicle for over a month. We called Oakley's and were on the schedule immediately. The same vehicle that was at the last mechanic for weeks and Oakley's took 24 hours to diagnose and we had our car back and fixed the very next day. It runs like a dream and the mechanics and staff were so helpful and kind! Found our new mechanic for all our vehicles!

The owner and his family are so kind and lovely. We called them after our car broke down on the way home, which is twelve hours away. They provided us with a ride to the closest hotel and had our car fixed the very following morning/ evening. By 2:00 PM, we were back on the road. I can't say enough how wonderful the management, employees, and service was.

I highly recommend Oakley’s Garage and Towing. They are a highly ethical and friendly business. My 4Runner broke down on my way trip from El Paso to Los Angeles. I was able to limp into the nearest gas station where the guy behind the counter highly recommended Oakley’s Garage and Towing. Kenneth arrived at the gas station within minutes of receiving my call. He was friendly and efficient. Kenneth quickly determined the engine was totaled and I was going to need to replace it. I really appreciated Kenneth’s honesty. Instead of trying to sell me a new engine he recommended, given the high mileage, that in his opinion it was not worth putting the money into a new engine. Then he gave my wife and I a ride to a motel all at no charge.

I would like to thank Kirk, Charlie, anyone else here who literally had their hand in this project and especially Dennis who was primarily responsible for bringing my '66 back to life after 15 years in storage. I stopped in one day and asked questions because I was looking for an "old school" mechanic to work on it. I did not need today's technicians that would stare at it looking for a port to plug their computer into. After asking some of the locals, hey where would you take your car here in town? Again & again it was Oakley's. So about a week later I showed up again and told them despite not being the cheapest in town (their labor rate) they did come very highly recommended and lets set up an appointment for them to start on this project. Just over 2 weeks later, I am happy with what's been done in just a short time. If your looking to bring a classic back to life, go ask for Dennis.

We were headed home to Kansas about 3 weeks ago from Quartzsite AZ. Our motor home lost power and was miss firing. We pulled into Benson O'Reilly. They diagnosed #3 sparkplug not firing. O'Reilly gave us numbers for three different mechanics in town. It was 430pm and we called Oakleys. They said bring it in tomorrow morning. We got there at 815 and was back on the road by 945. Bad coil pak on that #3. Excellent service!! Labor $275.00 as we had purchased lifetime warranty coilpak at O'Reilly. I read all the reviews and felt confident in this shop. Thank you Kenneth! Do NOT go here. They deserve 0 stars. These folks are very dishonest. Took my 2021 vehicle in because AC was not cooling. I have only 58k miles on the vehicle. They had the vehicle for about an hour and diagnosed the issue as being my condenser being plugged. He said usually when you have condenser issues you need to replace both condenser and compressor. Estimated cost over $1,100.00 to repair. I said no there is no way it needs new condenser and compressor with that low of milage. Had to pay him $137.00 for his wrong diagnosis. Took the vehicle to Pitstop and they diagnosed the problem as a leaking o-ring and over charge of freon. They replaced the o-ring and the system runs and cools perfect. Very reasonable price...Thank you Pitstop Automotive.

We took our 2021 Jeep to have the AC looked at. Paid $137 for a diagnosis. We were told we needed new condenser and compressor. They wanted over $11,00.00. We left. This is NOT an honest business. We went to Pit Stop and they found a leak from an O ring $357.00

I had a wonderful experience here. I rolled in off the free to take a pit stop and I heard a bad noise in the driver side tire. Crippled it to the shop, they diagnosed it in minutes and had me repaired and on the road in under two hours! I appreciate the fast work.

Went to the shop to have them look at my pickup RV cord receptacle. After a short time Charlie found that it was a fuse in the truck that was causing my brake lights not to work on my fifth. With a few minutes and a couple of dollars he had me back on the road. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Very reasonably priced! Fixed my coolant leak, coil misfire and even fixed my brake light no charge. Explained everything. Advised on future service recommendations but not pushy. Would definitely recommend Oakley's Garage.

Ken at Oakley's Garage is an absolute lifesaver. Our 1967 El Camino broke down during a cross-country road trip late on a Friday before Labor Day weekend, and he went above and beyond to help us. Ken sourced hard-to-find parts, communicated with us every step of the way, and had the car repaired quickly. His dedication and expertise saved our trip. We couldn’t recommend Oakley's Garage more.

I had a problem with my motorhome engine overheating. Took it to Doug and Charlie and they installed new radiator on site. Service was great and they got me on my way east within a couple days.

Passing through town on our travels, with a dire need of an oil change. Stayed in the area for a few days, called ahead and was able to get in first thing the next business day! Fast, FRIENDLY, polite and fair pricing. Hard to know where to go when you are out of town! Your'e in safe hands here.

Had to have our teen daughter's 1999 Mazda car towed in for repair of belts & alternator. An issue we thought was previously fixed with another garage. Then next night car needed towed back again (4th tow in weeks!), same issue. Charlie found the issue causing the repeated failure and it didn't cost us anything to fix & pick it up. Her car has been running fine for over a week now! Highly recommend this garage! Prices seem reasonable for work performed and comparable to others we have used.

While Oakley’s has a polite work crew, and they do the job right, they are among the most expensive shops in Cochise county. In today’s economy, you would think that businesses would be willing to accommodate the community, but sadly most of them are still about the bottom dollar beyond their overhead and costs.

Avoid at all cost. They charged me $300 to replace a wiper motor, and a week later it broke while I was driving in a downpour on the highway. I could have died. I bring the car to another mechanic and they show me that the "new" part snapped in half. It wasn't new, but an old part that was glued back together and then painted to look new. They took advantage of me (a lone traveler), and when I tried to call, no one answered. The mechanic called them too, and they didn't answer them either. The people at Oakley's will smile to your face and stab you in the back simultaneously. Beware, especially travelers.

Broke down on road outside Benson on way to Denver. Made it to first shop we could find at about 6:30am. Waited for them to open not knowing if they could get me in or not. Anticipating an expensive repair that would take hours/days. Mechanic came in at 8:00am and got right on it. Had us repaired in less than an hour and for a fraction of what I was expecting. Helpful. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Reasonable. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you Oakley's!

Had all brake pads replaced on Class C RV. Great work and was able to have it done almost immediately. I was given options for the new pads and the parts were delivered and installed the next day. Thanks!

We were desperate on an RV trip with an overheating issue. We called Charlie and they got us in the next morning. He was prompt, through, and courteous! They did a great job and had us back on the road by noon. Great great service!!

Doug, Charlie & the crew took great care of us. We’re full-time traveling and came into Benson to see them for a new alternator and had a great experience so we scheduled an appointment for the next week to get a new fuel pump installed, which we were planning on having done later and somewhere else. They were busy, so make an appointment if you can. Highly recommend Oakley’s!

Iam so pleased with the performance and careful work that was done on my jeep. Doug and Charlie are great mechanics and the customer service is outstanding. Iam very happy and would recommend Oakley's Garage 100%.

unfortunately....they have changed...we paid 100s to get our over-heating issue resolved, and they couldn't find the issue. Sent us home 3 times with an over-heating vehicle. Said they checked it and it was running fine. Overheated on our way home, and again, and again that week. Thanks for NOTHING.

Charlie and his crew were great! We pulled into town for gas & were having brake issues on our 5th wheel. Charlie took a quick look at it within a few minutes & recognized a problem. After discussing it with the mechanic the worked us into the schedule for later that same day. We left while waiting & they called us ahead of schedule with the issues & a quote & said it most likely would take all the rest of the afternoon & into the next morning. Knowing we were out of town he offered a discount at a local hotel. While we were at the store wasting time & deciding where to stay, Charlie called us back at 4pm. Our camper was ready!!! He was able to double up on mechanics & get our trailer repaired, tested & ready to go!!! He stayed on price point with a couple recommendations to do when we get home. Small town shop, great people! Thank you Charlie & mechanics!!!

I've always had great service here. Work done well and quickly and at a fair price. Today I had a problem with tail lights on a trailer. I stopped by - no appointment - they trouble shot the problem, found a blown fuse, replaced it and wouldn't even let me pay for it. Is that great service, or what??? I highly recommend this business.

Great atmosphere! Service was exceptional. Well eatablished bussiness. Charlie was very prompt and knowledgeable at diagnosing my travel trailer light's. He had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Highly recommend this garage.
