A huge thank you for the incredible help at the Mississauga Costco! My wife and I were in a total panic because our baby was locked in the car. This person noticed us and immediately stepped in with professional tools. He was so calm and managed to open the door in just minutes. A truly kind-hearted person and a real hero. God bless! Charles and CJ always are courteous and helpful. They don't treat women like they don't know anything, it's a breath of fresh air. Their prices are amazing too!
My driver has been waiting over three hours for this trash company and he won’t even answer the phone or call anyone back. Good luck with him. And I had to give him one star or he would get zero!

I tried using their service from 11:00 in the morning till 7:00 that evening. Went from call them back at 1:00 to he was on his way and would call back for drop off location, to not answering the phone. Very disappointed!!!
Always helpful, not expensive and doesn't overcharge because of gender. Great with quick tire repairs, towing, normal mechanical issues, etc. Never a bad experience. For those who can't reach him quickly, it's because he's busy helping someone who is counting on him. Dedicated.
Good parts. Good advice. Will tow with Good results. Trustworthy. Takes scrap cars and will tow away scrap cars if needed. Charles, his son, and employees are good people.
Charles is friendly, family oriented, and decent prices for service. Busy man most days but cares. Service is good. Prices are reasonable. He will work with those he believes in.
I waited and waited for him to show up and he didnt. I waited for a phone call he never called me I could have had my car towed yesterday I am so angry. I hope the place where my car is hasn't towed it. Now I call Weil wrecker service to go get it. The man could have said I cant get it today but No he didnt.. life is hard enough without being lied too.
I had only good experiences with the older Charles, but the younger one, his son I suppose! He is flat out rude and racist! I couldn't believe the horrible racial slurs he said out loud to my asàin friend, just for asking him for help. It was so uncalled for. Never making the mistake of stopping there again.

Horrible terrible experience!!!! Never showed after muliple calls. Sat on the side of the road 2 hours waiting on a truck and ended up having to call another towing service which showed up within 15 min. Don’t waste the phone call. They won’t show.
I was referred to Charles Towing by another local wrecker service. I was told by whoever answered the call that it may take an hour before someone could get to me but to call back in a few minutes to give them the address where I needed assistance. A voicemail and a few extra calls within an hour of the initial call and I never received a call back, leaving me stranded. I lost valuable time waiting on a company that obviously didn't care for their customer (well potential customer).
Charles went beyond and
over his car/towing business. He went from a friend but to a life saver. This man cares. Not for the money but to spread God's love. Thank you immensely Charles.
