Great customer service most affordable mechanic shop in the entire metro area by far, I'd give them though a 4 out of 5 on returns sometimes the turnover can take a few days to get your vehicle back but it's worth it if you have a second vehicle it's worth the drive to save money
One of the best auto shops in town. Very honest establishment! Great customer service and the only auto shop nearby that was honest and didn't try overcharging us for minor work. I will be sending more people to Sayre auto shop! 10/10 recommend!
These people are good people they have fixed my Dodge Challenger 2018 and they get it right he only took them for weeks but they fixed my problem and my challenge doing just fine so I highly recommend Sayre Auto Parts or anybody and have a challenge her or charge her or anything like that they'll they'll help you
So good about getting your vehicle in for repairs employees are wonderful and friendly talk to you about your car before they do the repairs and avise you.I have had them to bring my car back to to me because I couldnt get there.Great about auto parts and ordering them.Good prices
I had repairs on my car before driving to Birmingham from SC. Soon after I arrived in Birmingham, my car wasn't driving well at all.

Ashley went above and beyond helping me. She took me into the shop , pointed out the part, and told me how it was supposed to work. We all know customers are not allowed in any Service area at other companies. Ashley, Craig, and everyone genuinely care about their customers and are very trustworthy.
I will never have my care serviced any place else and refer them to my friends.

Quality work done, they stay busy which to me tells me that they have a ton of return customers. I have personally used them multiple times myself. I will continue to use their services. They do everything from small repairs up to whole engine replacement. Keep them in your mind.
The people there were nice and took the time to find out what I needed, which was get a flat tire repaired. They were quick to help me and charged a fair price.
Very friendly! Had my car towed there and the original price to fix my car was going to be $861 when I got it back it ended up costing me $709! They could have easily taken the full amount but they were honest!!! Will DEFINITELY use them again!!!!!!
Great home town parts store. Family owned and operated. Very polite staff and wide selection of hard to find parts. Still do things the old way so don't expect to get in and out without learning something about this small town.

Had a car towed in, it was just a loose wire, cost 47.00 for repairs, could have ripped me and I would have never known the difference. That's why these people do my car repairs.
