NEVER NEVER I repeat NEVER take your vehicle to this awful place! Owner Troy is low down, mean, lacks customer services, keeps your vehicle for years, lie, never call unless asking for money before he do work, can't keep employees due to lack of paying them, his company steal & lose parts, JUST HORRIBLE! They had my new/never worked on 2006 Chrysler 300 for 2 1/2 years to replace the motor! The agreement was a total charge $3400 to put a use motor in a 2006 Chrysler 300! Owner mentioned paying half to start the work so I provided him $1500 down as agreed and the remaining balance once work completed. I never receive a call. I always called him checking the status! Finally tired of waiting, I asked for my money and vehicle back. Took him almost a month to give me my $1500 back & vehicle!!! I had Tuscaloosa Police involved with the issues of returning my vehicle and down payment. He removed parts off my vehicle and sold them. Didn’t know this until after getting another mechanic to replace the motor & fix my vehicle. He has a smart mouth and doesn’t care about his customers! Have your vehicle checked before & after his work. Even IF purchasing a vehicle, I wouldn’t recommend doing, have another certified mechanic check the entire vehicle or you’ll be trapped with days of drama with that vehicle!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO HIM! DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM HIM!! YOU'LL GET HUSTLED AND RECEIVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICES & THE RUNNING AROUND!
If you live in Tuscaloosa, this is a great place to buy a used car at a major discount. They work hard to restore a car to like new and provide the customer with extensive support. i have bought 10 cars from them over the years and will continue to do so.
We left an automobile at Troy to have the engine replaced. After paying a $2500 deposit, they proceeded to do nothing over the course of a year despite repeated calls to check on progress. When we went to pick the car up, not only did they deny the deposit refund, but we discovered they had been removing parts of the car, I assume to part out to other cars. I would advise anybody using the repair shop to look elsewhere. These guys are crooks.

Over the past twenty years we have bought four cars from Troy and will probably purchase another one soon. In all our dealings with him--purchase and repair work--he is fair, honest and goes out of his way to be helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great used car, repairs at a good price and for quality parts.
