Dispatch was courteous and the driver Duke took very good care of my precious coach. I've heard horror stories of wreckers doing a lot of damage to RVs. That was NOT the case. I highly recommend Fred Robertson to any of my fellow RV'ers out there!
My car was under my carport, not able to go into parking gear & unable to crank. Made the call & they came right out with a flatbed. Idk how it was possible that it get loaded from there but with a few attachments, out it came & loaded onto the Wrecker. Marcus, the driver, was very nice & very proficient at his job. Wrote our receipt & delivered my car to my mechanic.
I had a fantastic experience with Fred Robertson Wrecker Service when my tractor trailer broke down in Eutaw, AL. They arrived quickly, hooked up my tractor trailer, and gave us a ride to Birmingham, AL. I’ve had breakdowns before, and other towing companies have taken their time getting to me, but this company was fast and very friendly. Although I didn’t catch the driver’s name, he was a really nice guy and made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend their services!
