Tyler was my hood tech and he was excellent I was in and out and felt super relieved with my truck after coming here. The best place ever. Zach was extremely helpful with placing the cars and our wait time which was very quick. I am extremely pleased with deciding to come here.
I would like to thank Red for her courteous and professionalism while helping provide the best service at express. I would also like to thank the young man who was underneath my vehicle for catching the plug that could have possibly caused the massive oil leak. The information to make sure that I get it fixed correctly before my next service is greatly appreciated.
I don’t think I will come back. I went for a quick oil change and the man was VERY nice which made me feel super good about it. I am new to town and was going to make this my regular spot. When I left, I was headed home to Florence and heard a loud enough noise that my car started swerving, I thought I had blown a tire or something. I looked around and no tire blown, but the plastic panel that covers the bottom of my car had not been put in properly. When I called back they told me I had to DRIVE it back. Mind you, I had to go 20 miles an hour 10 minutes back down the 6 lane highway to make it back. They kept saying it was just plastic as if it could not break off and puncture the tire. When I got back, ALL of them kept looking at me crazy and it took 45 minutes for them to just out my panel back together. The original man who did it did not even apologize. A different ma came over and I expressed to him that this is a newer car that I struggled to pay for in the first place so there should be nothing wrong with it and if somethings is then I would like a new cover ordered. He told me he would personally ensure that there were only a few scratches but no cracked damage. He never came back to speak to me again. When I pulled out to leave, you could hear and see pieces of the plastic falling off. I looked up under my car and it’s cracked and chipped to hell. Do not think I will be back. $100 for an oil change and for them to break something on my car is crazy. I don’t want this to reflect on the company as “awful” but these kind of mistakes need to be corrected. It caused me to be 2 hours late getting back home to Florence to cater an event.
Today, I visited the Northport location and had the best experience ever. I always bring my vehicle to express but usually a different location. I was professionally welcome by my tech Zach. He asked me about all mechanical issues, tires, etc. Going on with my vehicle. Which being a lady, I'm thankful for. Today, I learned they do more than oil changes. He was training another person. And, thought it was just thst but looking and observing all the ppl here were professional. I will always come back to thos location.
I’ve come here 3 times now, and it’s been a flawless experience each time! When it comes to car maintenance, it’s very stressful to find trustworthy folks. I had my oil change place in my hometown, and now I’ve got my place here!

I was driving my daughter’s car and discovered all of her tires were low and one was almost flat. When I drove in Elizabeth was very quick to help me with a complementary air adjustment in my tires.Everyone was very nice.
Red and Jacob are pros. They helped put my car back together enough to get home in such short notice. Thanks for the quick fix! Absolutely perfect work for my mission.
Dayton was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my question a responded to all the needs I had. He gave me the information on all that could be beneficial to the car but with any pressure. I will use them in the future.
The absolute BEST around. Exceptional service, going above and beyond. Professional staff who all seem to take pride in thier work. The manager is well liked and respected by his staff which is even more reason to love this place.
My daughter recently moved to Tuscaloosa and needed oil services on her BMW. She went to this business and was treated like family, highly recommend them, great to have a shop I can recommend and trust when I’m in Florida and can’t take care of it myself. She will certainly be back next time her car needs work.
When I drove out of the parking lot this morning after my oil change, I said to myself out loud: "that was actually such a pleasant experience." Not often you get to do that after leaving a place you spent money on your car. They (Nathan was who was working with me) were so nice and Express also had a 15% off coupon. I needed my engine air filter changed as well, and it was about half the price of what the dealership was going to charge. Will definitely come back to this location!

Brad was so helpful last week! I had plastic wrapped around my rear tire rod and axel….He was there and had me ready to go in 5 min… True chivalry does exist!

The workers (we specifically were taken care of by Zack) were informative and patient, explaining what condition the car was in and options we had moving forward without pushing for unnecessary extras. Their kindness and helpfulness made the experience as painless and pleasant as possible :)

This group guys are super! Nathan & Ryan were very helpful and thorough with my oil change. Then after a multi point inspection, they found a belt that needed to be replaced. I felt like the belt and the labor for only one belt was a little overpriced, but they did a good job install installing! I do trust these guys with my car way more than I do the Honda place!!!!
I purchased new tires and the experience was great. They walked me through the options and helped me decide on the brand. For installation, they were ready for me when I arrived and I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Despite the price being higher at this location than other competitors, I will be returning to this location, because quality customer service is worth the value.

These guys are amazing! We've been going to the Rice Mine Location for years now and they are always So responsive and communicate so well regarding our car repairs. Adam and David were super helpful recently with a handful of small repairs and were able to get my car in and out of the shop quickly! Prices are competitive as well!
I live in Atlanta, GA and was traveling home to Columbus with my Golden Doodle to celebrate my mother’s 93rd birthday. My car battery light came on and I knew that I had to get that looked at before driving the next 60+ miles. I was referred to Express Oil Change. Jackory and Aaron were so friendly and very attentive and they even let Chase (my doodle) in to wait for my family to pick us up.
The next day I was back to Tuscaloosa to pick my car up. I am extremely pleased with their service and they truly took care of my car and loved my dog, too!
