Tevin came out and helped us he was very professional, friendly, and gave us a fair price to tow us to pep boys on skyland Blvd if I ever need a tow truck in the area again I will 100% use Bambarger wrecker service.
My vehicle was towed from a friends apartment with no posted signage illegally. In addition to this whoever they have awnsering their phone refused to give me an exact time of when my vechile was towed, I assume is not the first time and is to try and screw the consumer into paying more storage fees (I called multiple different times at different hours and days hoping to get a different person who would just tell me the time it was towed). Additionally they charged me a 199 dollars fee to release my vehicle yet according to the city of Tuscaloosa code of ordinance there is a cap limit set to 190, and also they want to charge me a 79.99 “after hours” fee yet once again according to the city’s code
Of ordinance there has been a cap limit set at 35 for said such fee. I have disputed this with the city of Tuscaloosa and look forward to seeing them in court
Can’t say nothing but great things about this company. Especially Brad. Super friendly guy. Nothing but patience. Had a great overall experience. Will definitely use this company again
$1500 to restock two pallet man whatever as soon as you open the trailer doors, you see the palace were turned over about two stacks back and then saying you wanted to charge me 1500 cause it was at the nose of the trailer man whatever that’s just game
Had to have my EV towed from Demopolis to Tuscaloosa to a super charger, not only was BRAD nice and funny, but he also helped unlock my car, and waited while it charged. My phone was almost dead, and he didn't leave until he made sure I was ready to get back on the road. This is at 2am. I will never forget meeting such an awesome person! We had a rare freak accident, and Chris had to come and tow us. I've been driving 23 years and of course this wasn't my first tow... but definitely my best. This was literally the first CLEAN (inside) tow truck I've ever seen. I told "Total Transportation of Mississippi" to please use these guys again, if their service is ever needed. Chris, I want to personally thank you for helping me through this, helping me in and out of the truck during my pain... you will not be forgotten!!

These awesome guys (and ladies) picked up my Kia 2019 when it was transported from Hwy 280 to my home on the Westside. From the care of picking my vehicle up to dropping it at my home, and the communication along the way, I was more than satisfied! I have only two wrecker services in Alabama and this is one.
Had a minor accident laid on a Saturday night. I reached out to Bam Barger for a tow. Call was very formative helpful upfront. He ended up coming to get my vehicle himself. Price was very reasonable.
The company was there shortly after I needed my car towed. He gave me a card and directions to the lot where my car would be located, this is without me asking by the way. I hope to never have to call them again. However if I do, they are reliable.

If there a lower rate I’ll give them the worse towing company in the world not only in Tuscaloosa I have BMW 2018 530i I want to towing it from the dealership to landmark collision center when the drop my car the broke the front pumper and also the broke the radiator and the front grill that going to cost me $6.000 and when I call them they said the car was already damaged anyway I talk to my lawyer and I’m going to lawsuit them I have a prove from bmw camera and also the service advisor can be a wetness with me I don’t recommend this towing company the will damage your car and they will not be responsible for that I will attach some pictures showing what they did with my car

January 19, 2024, my clutch went out, and I needed a tow and I didn't know who to call, so I called the first name that popped up in Google. Bambarger Wrecker Service, answer the call and sent a tow truck to my location within 30 minutes. Their service is great and the driver Chris is the best. He helped me out tremendously he helped me figure out a place to take my truck for repairs and even pointed out a potential repair I may need in the future. We had a flat tire on the way back from tuscaloosa today . We were so fortunate to be connected with Bambarger and more importantly connected with JOSH our driver . After being stranded on I-20 on a football weekend it was so refreshing to have someone like Josh not only get out car safely back to Hoover but my friend and I rode back in the truck with him . I would give zero stars if that was an option. I called around 6 Friday evening and was told he would be there in 2 hours. A little over 3 hours later, no wrecker, no phone call, and he wouldn't answer my call. I called Jeff's Towing, and he was there in less than an hour and a half.
***There was no discussion about the dog and your driver just told you a flat out lie. My dog did ride in my truck on the way back even after Jeff said she could ride in the wrecker. I never intended otherwise. That just sealed it!!!

I am 14 hrs away and my daughter was stranded in a parking garage. Called and they sent a driver, diagnosed her issue, got her up and running and followed her to a auto parts store to get her vehicle fixed. Highly recommend!! Will use any time service need.
Broke down about 15 miles away today. I ran over a blown out tire and tore up a coolant line. I was expecting to be waiting several hours for the wrecker. Fairly sure they showed up in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Got me to shop in one piece. He even went above and beyond to help me save money on repairs because dealer was closed by taking to auto parts store for some thing to get me running in his personal vehicle. I’m truly amazed and thankful. If I’m ever in area and need a tow this place is on top of my list. I probably will choose them over someone closer. I’ve been driving over 23 years and have been towed several times. This by far has been the most reasonable price I’ve paid for a tow my whole career of driving trucks. No it’s not cheap but reasonable I guess. I wasn’t even charged to reinstall the driveshaft like most companies do.

Well the tow truck driver came and he was very professional. I just think he was over charging me for the services and also he scratched my rim up and said he would take something off the bill. Which he raised the price and tried telling me he discounted it. It really sucks because they are very expensive BMW wheels which is about 5500 a piece and he had no clue i work in the car industry for 15 years. But I felt like he was putting the money in his pocket. Should always be careful who you speaking too. Hope he doesn't RIP the next customer off.
My semi truck broke down by the toll bridge in Tuscaloosa. The truck was going in to limp mode. I called asking about to tow to dealer and got tow truck on scene quickly. It was an older gentleman and did a awesome job bringing my equipment to to kenworth in bad weather and dropping me off at hotel to avoid Uber ride. Would definitely use again if needed in area.
