This group guys are super! Nathan & Ryan were very helpful and thorough with my oil change. Then after a multi point inspection, they found a belt that needed to be replaced. I felt like the belt and the labor for only one belt was a little overpriced, but they did a good job install installing! I do trust these guys with my car way more than I do the Honda place!!!!

I actually stopped in yesterday for oil change but they took entirely too long, could NOT get anyone out of a bay, got tired of waiting and left.
I'm paying for it today because I think I have a faulty starter or switch. I'm stranded at gas station right across the street, and they won't help me push it. Four guys sitting around, but no help. In fact, as I wait for tow, one man who "couldnt help" just walked across the street where I'm waiting to buy snacks. But he couldn't help.
Brad saved me today. Tire light on in car and he problem solved and fixed. I really depend on these guys as I know nothing about cars. Great attitude. I really appreciate you !!
I purchased new tires and the experience was great. They walked me through the options and helped me decide on the brand. For installation, they were ready for me when I arrived and I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
Ma’Kenna was incredibly kind and helpful. She was patient and willing to answer all my questions. The service was thorough and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. Despite the price being higher at this location than other competitors, I will be returning to this location, because quality customer service is worth the value.
Phenomenal professional and timely service. The one thing I enjoy the best is how the workers explain things to someone who doesn’t know much about car mechanics. They don’t make you feel dumb for asking simple car questions like the dealership does when I went there. The rice mine road location will have my business for the time I’m in Tuscaloosa!

Justin and Shavers were amazing . They explained everything they did as they completed each task. I had a question about resetting my service light and without hesitation, they described the process so I can do it for myself in the future .

These guys are amazing! We've been going to the Rice Mine Location for years now and they are always So responsive and communicate so well regarding our car repairs. Adam and David were super helpful recently with a handful of small repairs and were able to get my car in and out of the shop quickly! Prices are competitive as well!
Brad and Zach were awesome. I never want to go to another service center. They didn’t have the oil for my truck but they ordered it on the spot and even called me when the oil came in. When I returned they got me right in, no long wait at all. I highly recommend this EOC over any other service provider.
Service was remarkable. We arrived 15mins before closing, the employees were very polite and professional from the time we arrived until we left. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was extremely nice and passionate about his job.

Today,6/25/25, I had my vehicle in for AC Service and the guy name "Duke" was working on my vehicle and he kept me updated on the service for my vehicle. Even the guy at the Checkout Service. They was very helpful and would tell my friends and family. To come and have there with regular maintenance and service with them. I give them 10 STARS.
I got a notification on my dash to change my oil soon, so I stopped by to see Zack and Justin. Zack let me know that I still had quite a few miles from my last change and that all of my levels looked good. He refilled by washer fluid and let me know that he wanted to do honest business and not change me too early. Zack and Justin have my windshield a quick clean and gave me a quote for replacing my tires, then sent me on my way with no charge. I really appreciate his honesty and I will be back in a thousand miles to let them change my oil.
My son and I came to this location for the first time to get an oil change. A worker named Luke was very intelligent, nice as well as knowledgeable in his field as well as his performance. He was very polite and patient; I would most definitely recommend him and this location to my family as well as friends!
I had a really good experience here. They were quick, efficient, and genuinely care about you, which I appreciated. They gave recommendations for what might need work soon based on what they saw and clearly discussed the prices with me. They fixed exactly what had issues and didn’t try to upsell anything. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They actually listened to my questions and concerns, working hard to find solutions for me. I'll definitely be back the next time I need service.
I went to express oil on rice mine rd in Tuscaloosa Al, I’ve been taking my daughter’s car here since she came to Tuscaloosa 7 years ago when she started school .. I met Adam in the beginning and I felt so relieved feeling we found a trustworthy place! I have not had any regrets since !! This past visit “Brad” did our work and once again we had a wonderful experience :) all the guys in there are very respectful and helpful! I live in Atlanta, GA and was traveling home to Columbus with my Golden Doodle to celebrate my mother’s 93rd birthday. My car battery light came on and I knew that I had to get that looked at before driving the next 60+ miles. I was referred to Express Oil Change. Jackory and Aaron were so friendly and very attentive and they even let Chase (my doodle) in to wait for my family to pick us up.
The next day I was back to Tuscaloosa to pick my car up. I am extremely pleased with their service and they truly took care of my car and loved my dog, too!
