Had a great experience getting a new battery. One of the workers tested my old battery and determined that it was the issue and swapped to my battery in less than 15 minutes. Didn’t have any tools on me, so I wasn’t able to swap it myself. They were glad to swap it out for me with no complaints or issues. I’ll definitely be back to this location next time I need any auto parts.
I've had a couple of bad encounters with this location about them not honoring their side of the deal for parts thats under warranty and terrible customer service where the manager has an unprofessional attitude. I literally had to go to another location, explained the same situation, looked up and found in the system and was helped fashionably without any issues. Any other location in Tuscaloosa is better than this location.

Hotter than hot day like this, I went in to advance auto parts with a dead battery for a jeep renegade. Worst customer service ever!!!! Never hurt anyone to greet. Then to wait 30 minutes to checkout. When asking the other clerk if I could just simply purchase my single item… his response was yeah when he gets back meaning the guy who already had me waiting 30 minutes. No worries this location will NEVER get another penny from me.

Reasonably priced place to buy your auto necessities. All the 10-Min oil change services in Tuscaloosa was crowded so I went to Advance Auto and purchase the stuff I needed to do my oil change myself.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. My van broke down there and they not only had the part but put me in touch with a mechanic that could help me right away. I found my new auto store! Thank you!
Staff is always very friendly and some are fairly knowledgeable compared to some other parts stores. This is the place I go to for all my parts needs. I usually buy online and pick up in store due to online discounts offered.
