I went in to get breaks for my vehicle and the gave me the wrong ones so I went back and they gave me the wrong ones again. This has happened a couple times with parts I have gotten. They don’t seem to pay attention when I ask for a part.
The store wouldn't honor the battery warranty stating that the battery I brought in was not the same battery they rang up even though they acknowledge there was a battery purchased there. I think they do that intentionally so they can refuse battery warranties. Ring up a different battery and give you another.
O'Reilly's has very friendly staff. I called to make sure they had my part. They told me what time I could pick it up. When I walked into the store, it was an easy in and out. They had the part ready for me within a matter of minutes. Great place to shop. They also have the price match guarantee.
Wont shop here again been a customer here for years. Went in to buy brakes for my jeep, while they were getting my parts i had to use the restroom the man stated i could not use the restroom there. I went to auto zone up the road and got my parts cheaper and they let me use the restroom. Orileys you forget us customers are what give you a job and without us buying your parts and spending our money there you wont have a job to go to.
Great customer service don't know this young lady's name but it has been recently that I went in to get parts for my car the young lady was very helpful she ordered the part for me and I appreciate that
I called about getting my brake rotors turned here and they said they did it, brought them the same day and they said they didn’t have anyone who could do it and said the guy would be working tomorrow 7-3 so I get there the next day in the morning and the woman said no one working can do it and doesn’t know when some one who can do it will be working. So they made me drive out there twice for nothing, also the 15th st location said their machine was down twice so they can’t do it. The guys at the northport location were super helpful and got it done. Don’t waste your time going to this location, unhelpful and y knowledgeable.
The guy was super nice and went above and beyond to answer a few questions I had and even had a price list for everything I might need for my car when I came back with a second set of rotors to be turned.
I went in there for a special spark plug socket for Dodge and I think his name was steve was very helpful and knowledgable about most things and was very nice and we ended up talking about other things as well. Made me feel like I was just talking with a friend. Thanks loyd bond. Went to oriellys on university Blvd. Alberta. 9:00 a.m. sunday
Friendly staff, great knowledge of all kinds of vehicles. Swapping stores to just take extra five mins from my regular store just for the little extra help and knowledge they offer. Will use regularly!
I came here for 3 years while I was going to college. Staff always tried to help, I would bring back my oils here.

They don’t deserve one star the team that’s there this morning is very rude ! You call and place you on hold and hangs the phone up just to search if there’s a warranty on the product you purchased ! The guy thought he still had the phone on hold and I heard him when he came back and said “Just for being smart” & said hello then asked the number and you can hear the women from lastnight telling him what she told us last night. But they are very RUDE & a RIP OFF !!!!!! One of the staff name is GLEN !
