Corey was incredibly helpful today. I bought a headlight for my son’s car which Corey tried to install, but couldn’t bc of the weird positioning. He was kind and did not make me feel dumb. kel was the nicest service i’ve ever had at an o’riley, he was kind, patient, and helped with all of my needs. on top of that, i drive a pretty old car that is fairly beaten up and yet he still knew exactly what he was doing and even explained it along the way and helped teach me so i could do it myself in the future! if you go to this o’riley, make sure to ask for kel! he was great!

Friendly staff at this location. The attendant was very helpful. I was given a choice of options and took recommendations from Attendant. The part I purchased fixed the problem. I would recommend visiting this location to anyone that has minor problems with their vehicles.
We smoked the bearings in a hub on a trailer on a long cross country trip. The guys were very helpful. We Vice Grip Garaged the hub replacement behind the store in a parking lot. Jay and Jim need a raise.
Thank you Ray for courteous and quick service. Had alternator issues and needed a warranty replacement…quick check of the part and I had a new one to change out, asked if I needed any tools or a raincoat. New alternator is working great and kept me on the road where I needed to go.
Service is hit or miss depending on whether or not the extremely helpful, hardworking dude with the long hair is working. He has made me an O'Reilly's customer for life. When he's not there though service is horrible. No one else has any work ethic or customer service skills.
This store, unlike the one in Skyland, is that it offers you good advice and makes suggestions which you can try first before buying a piece that you really don't need! I went on a Sunday around 2 in the afternoon, excellent
I am totally out of my element when it comes to cars and car repairs. I really like this store on 15th Street in Tuscaloosa because they answer my questions without making me feel stupid. They are really sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend them.
Took my son’s truck to have a battery replaced. When I arrived I discovered the battery is one the dealership is needed to change out. The dealership is closed for Memorial Day weekend. The staff worked together to handle an overly complicated battery removal and make sure I had a working battery. They went the extra mile for a VERY grateful customer. Thank you thank you thank you.
