a lady picked up the phone and cussed me out and yelled at me after accusing me of lying about them messing up my car. worst customer service i’ve ever received.
Brought my car in for a diagnosis. They were very communicative with me about every step and even stayed after closing time just to talk with me about what was going on. Good work from good people you can actually trust. The person at the front desk was amazing, and so was the technician, my experience was definitely 11/10. This will be my next stop if I have any more issues.
They are good but they are prejudice and kind of racist. They judge you by color and your appearance and if they feel like you look or act like you don’t have the money they will treat you like you are less fortunate even if you aren’t they don’t care unless you’re their race. They do a lot of pocket watching so they will raise prices if you come in there looking like money. Act broke or look broke and guaranteed to see their true colors.
I took my car in for a couple of different issues. They were able to work me into their schedule in a reasonable timeframe, explained the work clearly, and finished earlier than expected. Pricing was extremely fair. They came recommended to me, and it's easy to see why--you definitely feel like you are talking to nice, honest people who really want to do a good job. I would absolutely recommend Action Automotive.
Changed struts on my Mercedes car. Finished early and price was lower than other garages. Jason and Kristie are very knowledgeable about vehicles and always have the best customer service.
Jason and this car shop is by far the best place when your car breaks down, or just have questions about your car have know this place for over 10 years and ever since I had my first car when I have a problem Jason and his team are ready and very convenient.
Predatory towing…my car broke down on highway 140 and less than hours. My car was towed not even allowing me time to get my car cost me $260 complete rip off
My cars intake manifold was acting up and I was told it was something else but they were able to figure out that it was the intake manifold in about 20 mins. They had the part in the shop that same day and had it replaced in less than 24 hours.

The only place I take my cars when I have major problems, Jason(the owner) and his crew always come through. Been dealing wit this guys for years, prices very reasonable keep up the great work !
This is the best auto repair shop I've very used. They do quality work and stand behind it. Jason is a very honest person. I trust him completely with my vehicles.
Great people to deal with and they know how to repair vehicles. As far as the negative reviews, I can honestly say that I would guess these are the people that want something for nothing because I have had no issues. One user stated "Predatory parking enforcement", well sir... there are city ordinances that regulate parking, I would not park where it has a sign that says no parking you will be towed!
It always sucks to get towed. But Action Towing honestly put up with me for an entire month while I scraped together the cash to pay for my car back> They were completely understanding of my financial issues and agreed to keep my car until I could pay it off without charging me for any storage fees. It may have been dumb of me to get my car towed, but they managed to make the process so much more painless.
