After delivering my vehicle to my residence, Phillip made sure that everything was OK with it by inspecting the vehicle after he had unloaded it. very grateful for Jeff’s towing and the driver, Phillip.

Jeff came through on a rainy Sunday right when I needed it. I got a flat and the hubcap bent in; this wasn't something I felt like dealing with in the cold and pouring rain. I called, and he got to my apartment complex in no time. Very friendly guy, highly recommended!
Would give him 10 stars if I could! I am a college student here at UA and my car was dead and had been dying on and off for a week. After trying to jump it many times I ended up calling Jeff’s towing to take it to the shop. He arrived about 10 minutes after I called! Once he arrived, he asked me what was wrong with my car to see if there was anything he could do to help before towing it off. I explained everything that had been going on and he immediately knew what was wrong. He knew every detail about my car and how to fix it. Turns out, my car didn’t even need towing and he ended up getting my car to start back up again!! After that, he offered to let me follow him to a nearby autozone so that I could buy a new battery and he would install it himself. I can’t thank Jeff enough for how kind he was and how much he went out of his way to help me!! Seriously the nicest person ever and very thankful to have chosen Jeff’s Trucking!!!
THE BEST SERVICE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our car malfunctioned on the Interstate - three hours from home. Jeff’s Towing responded quickly. “Cornbread” professionally handled every detail of a three-hour tow - with our family onboard. When I called for roadside assistance it was actually Jeff (the owner) who helped me out. 24 hr service, everything he did was quick and efficient, he offered me a ride, and he has a wide variety of payment options.

We came into town for a funeral and my son's car broke down. He parked it at Walmart and basically abandoned it. 2 weeks later I come back into town and by the favor of God it was still there. I called around to get some quotes and called Jeff's Towing. He also recommended a repair shop and sent Phillip out within 20 minutes. Phillip was super friendly, helpful, quick and professional. I paid him cash, he sent me an email receipt immediately and I followed him to the shop. He was a considerate and skilled driver and delivered the car perfectly. He was courteous to the staff at the shop and even took pictures before and after delivery to protect both of us from any issues. As a woman I felt very safe and unthreatened as well.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company!!! I locked my car prior to going to the Alabama/Oklahoma game 2025. If you know you know! Was not feeling it after a loss as a Bama fan AND locked my keys in the car.

They were super kind and when I mentioned I was on my way to work when my car broke down he offered to drop me off at work since it was on the way back from the auto shop.
Also, once we got to the shop he double checked my car and discovered what the problem was. He saved me so much money since it was a $15 fix that I was able to get from autozone.

VERY quick and very accommodating.. I needed a scheduled tow at 7am when I got off work, he was there already waiting for me! also had to get it towed 47 miles for a VERY good price! I will always use Jeff’s towing!!

Jeff truly deserves more than five stars! He went above and beyond and was incredibly kind and helpful. We were heading to our family vacation when we had an accident early one morning, and my Jeep was totaled. He towed my Jeep, gave my husband and me a ride since we were so far from home and had no family nearby. He dropped off the Jeep at his shop and took us to IHOP so we could eat and figure out our next steps. We had to buy a tote to get our belongings out of the Jeep. When we were done, we called Jeff, who came back to get us and took us back to his shop. He waited with us for a couple of hours while we waited for Enterprise to open so we could get a rental. (He even had an Uber lined up just in case Enterprise didn't have a car!) After they opened, he drove us to pick up our rental. But it didn't end there! The next day, Jeff called to check on us and make sure we were okay and had made it safely to our vacation. And still not done! The day after that, my insurance company tried to contact me, so they called Jeff, who then called me, texted me their number, and let me know! I've never experienced a towing company go above and beyond like this!

Jeff deserves 10 stars!! He was the hero and made a cross-state trip easy and safe! When my car failed 20mins out of Tuscaloosa on I-20, he was the 1st to respond to the RA dispatch. His FIRST ask was if I safe and OK?? He knew exactly where I was (a lone gas station just of an exit) and was kind enough to time his arrival with my BF's from MS, gave us local hotel recommendations, and towed my car to a safe place for the night. The next morning he got it to the dealership an hour away, and in time for them to diagnose and repair it. He was very respectful, kind, personable and professional, and worked quickly to load it onto the flatbed truck, which was clean and in top shape. I couldn't have asked for any better assistance, especially at night, out of town, and on the heels of shops being closed for a long weekend.
