Jeff towing went above and beyond with their service! I had a flat tire (simple) yet I stripped the lug nut to the rim (was stuck)! I looked up a tow company and was blessed to get Jeff’s towing(not bashing another company Jeff is just good!) Justin showed up and instead of towing me home he stated we should go to his home and he would grind the nut off! Also helped to remove the brake hub to remove the stud(to prevent further brake damage). I paid him and offered to give him and his wife a tip yet they refused, instead wanting this Google review. I said ok, I got you!! They do good work and are good people you won’t regret giving them a call!!!
I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his service. Suddenly my engine light came on and it was banging and couldn't keep driving. I called him and he was there in 15 minutes and got me to Northport. I will recommend him to everyone I know and would use him again if needed.

Superb services…Out serpentine belt broke while traveling through Alabama. I was able to pull in to the rest area. Jeff’s Towing came in flash, with superb towing services. Unfortunately I have had to use Tow services several times within the last year. I have used several different ones. The only one from now on will be Jeff's Towing. Not only are they professional but very personable and helpful. They towed my daughter from the interstate on her way home from Bham. Flat tire, no spare, stranded. Not only did they bring her back to TTown but called and found where she could get a new tire when they arrived back. That was service above and beyond. If you need a tow. make a bad situation better--Call Jeff's Towing, you won't regret it.

BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! I wish I was exaggerating when I say I called the auto shop stuck off the small bridge emergency lane on I-359 by the 1/2mi. sign for exit 2, they estimated Jeffs would be there within 10-15 minutes, and they arrived within 8 minutes!! Justin even helped me with navigating getting my car serviced with the shop. He was super friendly, respectful, and charged an extremely low rate (less than $80). The tow truck was a luxurious experience as it’s a newer one with a great interior. He even gave me a lift home about ~5 minutes. 10/10 experience and will be my first choice even before my AAA suggested towing company! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who’s listening!!

Last week my truck refused to start in Downtown Tuscaloosa, and I called Jeff after several other companies would not answer the phone. After I gave him my location he was there well within the time estimate he gave and was able to figure out the general issue with my truck and got it started back up for me, so I could get it to a mechanic for further testing. He charged me *significantly* less than what it would have cost to pay for roadside assistance with my Insurance. If you are in the tuscaloosa area and need a tow or have some simple vehicle trouble that has you stranded, call Jeff, he will help you out for sure.

I have called Jeff’s Towing on three different occasions.. car stopped in the middle of midday traffic on 15th Street, a flat tire, and today with a blown out tire. I can not recommend this towing company enough! I am not from the area and started breaking down on the interstate near the Tuscaloosa exit 71, and as a woman(who happened to be alone) I was extremely nervous. I called several mechanics and they all recommended this towing service to get me to one of them. I called and they immediately knew where I was and assured me they would have someone there soon. Within 15 mins Justin pulled up and was ready to assist me. I explained what was happening with my vehicle and about how I was not a local/ asked for recs on where he should tow me.. He was polite, kind and super knowledgeable. He ended up fixing my truck right there on the spot! I did not need a mechanic and it was just a simple tightening of a bolt to get me back on the road. When I asked what I can do to pay him, he insisted that people need to be reminded that there are still good people out there. I was beyond grateful and needed that reminder, we usually all do and I think it says a lot about the company. Thank you again Justin.
