I’m really in tears writing this. My car didn’t want to move forward and when it did it acted like it was lunching. I knew I had trouble when my engine light came one. I was across the street from O Rilley on Mitt Lary Road. They check my engine and gave me a speedy reply. With a print out.
They were more than helpful. I can’t thank the young man enough that helped me
I went into O'Reilly's on Rose boulevard in Northport I asked for a steel brake line 5/16 the assistant manager told me all the head was copper lines.. copper brake lines really where you get these people is he college educated or what he takes me to the back I look at the brake lines and there are steel it says it right on the brake lines steel brake lines 5/16 you cannot use copper on a brake line it will burst someone needs to teach mechanics to your managers I have dealt with O'Reilly's for 15-20 years. And never have seen that in any other state.
Drove to the 15th street location because they said they had a part in a stock that I needed there. I got to that location and the part was in the system but they couldn't find it. So I called this location on rose Blvd because it is closer to me. I was told I could order the part and it would be in at 3 pm. I called after 3 and no part they said to call back in an hour. I called back and they said it doesn't look it will be in today. This is frustrating because if I had known the part wouldn't be in at 3 I would have made other arrangements.
Usually I have good experiences with this store but lately I have been having bad experiences.
I had a great experience!! I was greeted , and asked if we found everything OK!! We only needed antifreeze and spark plugs so we were not their long at all!!
These people are so nice. Especially tommy. He not only helped me with loosening a bolt but sent me to a friend down the road who also helped. I cannot thank them enough. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Was out of town and sent my wife up to the Rose Blvd location since she was in major need of new wipers before taking her own road trip. Tommy handled everything for her, including installation of wipers. I highly recommend this location for any of your automotive needs!
The O'Reilly Auto Parts store on hwy.43N on Rose Blvd. has become my auto parts dealer!! They have a great variety on just about anything you need from motor oil to headlight bulbs. Some times when I'm shopping for an accessory for my truck the selection is over welming in a good way. The employees at that store have went out of their way to have every form of an upgrade for your vehicle so when you need a part or accessory ,with the knowledgeable people they are they can fill your needs and can explain the differences in each of the selections to custom fit products to your vehicle!!! And if they dont have the part and you come by or call early enough they'll have it after 2pm or the next morning at the latest!! You cant beat the service and they are usually in a good mood which makes it even harder to say no to a good upgrade suggestion but it usually pays off, the little things. Give them a try and I dont think you'll be sorry!!!!
I run a mechanic shop in Duncanville and I was struggling finding a part I needed for a customer and I called and tommy found the part and ordered it for me within 5 minutes he was extremely quick and professional I will be using the Rose Blvd Locatkon from now on ! Thank you guys!
I've been there 3 times and I notice they don't acknowledge people of color my wife has been there once and noticed the same thing when I walk in they never say hello or ask can they help me find anyting but they will stand there and watch me the whole time like I'm some kind of criminal especially this guy (Josh H ) and the skinny guy that works with him and I stay right down the street from O'Reilly's looks like I'm going to have to go to AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts instead
