I experienced exceptional customer service from this O'Reilly's in Northport from Bailey. I came into get a 1/4 finger drive ratchet and was in the process of replacing the passenger side actuator. There was a connection in the way of the old actuator and Bailey kindly disconnected it and then removed two very difficult screws. I then put the new part in put the first screw in and he put the last one in while reconnecting the box. I was extremely appreciative of his time. It meant so much that he confirmed I was not incorrect that the obstacle was in the way of the actuator. He is clearly dedicated to his job and cares immensely for his customers. Bailey also gave me contacts for mechanics who replace a Jeep motor. Thank you again for your time, dedication and kindness! I pray the Lord blesses you and that you experience His goodness this year abundantly!

Had to get my battery changed. Had a wonderful employee help me figure out the issue, find a replacement, and change out the battery in not even 15 minutes.

I do a lot of business with Oriellys. I bought a MAF sensor for my vehicle. I kept getting the code for the MAF sensor. So me not knowing what else to replace (also did pcv valve) took it to the dealer. $585 later and a new MAF sensor, problem solved. I tried to return the sensor from Oriellys and they will not give a refund, just exchange it for another junk made sensor.
Update: I spoke to customer rep's and they advised the store manager would reach out to me to resolve the issue. In 10 minutes, the store manager called and said they would return the sensor. Thank you!!
There is nothing to do with the employees there. Everyone is great, but one. But this has to do with the store! Me and my son love coming in there. Not only because of the employees at the store. But because they are the only store with hot wheels on the lettering inside the store. And me and my kids love this. Just shows the car culture and shows where we all began with hotwheels as kids. Well me and my son came in today and saw they were all taken down. So we asked what happened to them and was told corporate said to take them down. Now this saddens me and my son and I'm sure it will sadden others as well. Not only have me and my son loved it but other people that I've seen in there has also loved it.
Thanks to Nathaniel who helped me in a Sunday morning find a misfire. I was on my way to church. We need more people like him with good hearts and attitudes..

Super helpful staff at this location. They have the machine to resurface brake rotors and the staff who know how to operate the machine which is a rare combination. Don’t waste your time going to the other locations, this one’s worth the drive.
Very helpful associates. My mother was shopping for a car cover and the associate took alot of time to make sure we got one that for her car. Mother is hard of hearing and they made sure to speak up for her. Thank you for your help! Great place to go!
Help wasn't very helpful. I'm hard of hearing. I moved to where I could see the computer screen the girl kinda rudely told me to stay on the other side. Then said something as I was leaving. I've already bought the part I was looking for from there it was wrong. I didn't want wrong part again
Store made out like it's a big savings to get your email and phone number for discounts on supplies after you build the points. I say BS, I was there the past 2 days and bought parts and supplies for different things I was working on and they never ask for my number to (add my points). I ask what didnt they ask for it so i could get credit or build the poi ts, said well the stuff i bought wasn't gonna add much so they didnt ask. Lol, either they lied or else they are selling customer information. What is it O'Reilly's??????
