Had the best experience with this company yesterday. Towed 2 cars for me and came within minutes . After calling several other towing companies first and all were rude and said they couldn’t come . This company came and towed 2 cars for me back to back within a couple hours. 1 was towed 30 miles away. The driver was a great polite guy. No complaints . Did his job to the fullest . These guys will be my go to from here on out .

Not just for being SO kind and understanding , but for being such an amazing man that we left there remembering there are good people left in this crazy world ;). I honestly can’t thank you enough! Hopefully if we see you again, it will be outside of your company ;), but if we had to be in the position to need to pick our vehicle up from an impound lot, we would not want to pick it up from anyone other than TG Towing!!! I have to say Timmy is Absolutely the most sweetest, Respectful, mannered man. This company has such an honorable man working for yall. He deserves a big Raise or a recondition on how professional he is.

Had to get my car towed Saturday morning (10/5), and the person who answered the phone was friendly & helpful. The driver that arrived got to me in less than 40 minutes, and was also friendly & did a great job. And I had to go from the far side of Riverside to the center of Pell City. Price was reasonable, and service was good.
Needing a tow is never a good experience, but this company made it as good as it could be.
In August 2022 our truck caught on fire and had to be towed to U-Haul so we could drive it home to Texas. A driver named Jimmy or Timmy came out and helped us. Man it was a pain but he really helped us out so much and even helped us load it on the hauler thing we took the truck home with, he didn't have to do that. It's been a long time but me and my husband always talk about how awesome that guy was every time towing comes up. I have meant to come on here and give a review for a while. Give him a raise, he deserves it!!!! Haven't had good customer service like anywhere since. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend, dispatch sent me out a driver, and he was to me in 25 minutes. My spare tire was stuck under my car and the tow truck driver Timothy went above and beyond to get it unstuck.
I called yesterday and scheduled a tow for this morning at 730. At 745 I called to see if he was still coming but he informed me that the police had him tied up at the moment and it would be over an hour before he could get the vehicle. I understand the police call would take priority but a phone call to the customer waiting for service never crossed his. When I asked about why he didn't at least let me know he can't make it he hung up on me. This man is very unprofessional.
Marvelous service. My State Farm Roadside service had given me a terrible time for 6 hours, didn't call me until my local agent office was closed, said jo service providers would come because of the weather. He called me immediately back, asked was I alright and came in 20 minutes from another job. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Best money ever spent!

Had a blowout & no spare. Towed me to the repair shop & let me ride along. Was super comfortable & being a lady, didn’t make me feel weird or uncomfortable. Really appreciate it.
