Josh is arrogant, rude and disrespectful, he insisted in Receiving cash about 3 times? Is all what he cares about. Looks like this guys are not claiming all what they make to IRS
My mother had her car break down and after she went to go get the vehicle the manager told her “your car is messed up anyways, what are you bitching about” and made damage to the bumper from being dragged thru a ditch. Disrespectful
The driver loaded my truck with no problem and kept me advised of when he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would. I’m very satisfied with this company.
Adam was excellent. Pouring rain, mud, he was professional and friendly. Following his suggestions saved the interior from damage from the muddy tire. Would highly recommend.

The driver was very professional arrived earlier than ETA showed went right to work made observation of my vehicle status and removed it with no damage pulled out carefully steering it in directions to get it out the mud to the street . Twin Creeks your guy was a super star recommend highly rated 5starsin my opinion.
Adam was simply the best! He arrived promptly, was an excellent communicator, had everything fixed in no time and had helpful insights to boot. Fast, pleasant and a great sense of humor… what more could you ask for? Obviously he cares about his work and we’re grateful he came to help.

Took awhile to get there but that is to be expected, I was not without a sense of humor. Driver and service was great. If I would have had some cash on me I would have given him a $20 tip.
Once I called AAA for a tire change on the interstate. The technician was there within 10-15 minutes. I was very impressed with the time and quality of work that the technician performed. I would highly recommend AAA to all my family and friends
Our tow driver, Michael, was awesome. Super kind, tried his best to help get the car running, was very polite overall. Car was also treated well, the tow went well. Prices were reasonable for the distance.
They're professional and friendly, never damage my vehicle, and get it to the place I asked them to take it to. I have no complaints. Nothing but praise. Would use again. Would recommend.
Called and made an appointment through AAA, Micheal from Twin Creek showed up on time and transported my car to the shop. When the work was completed I yet needed another tow back to my home, Micheal was again the drive to arrive and just like before completed the tow with professionalism and care. I would use them again.
Michael is beyond wounderful man deserves a raise promotion or somthing he’s on his game he does his job right his communication skills are always on point he has towed my car 2 times in the past 2 months yeah I know I got bad luck but anyways I know things will get taken care of when my car is in his hands. We have worked with three of the Twin Creeks drivers this week and each one has been amazing. Very helpful, super nice, and extremely patient. I've had some horrible experiences with towing companies and drivers in the past, so Twin Creeks was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making a very difficult week a little more bearable.
