Had an ongoing problem with a 2016 Jeep (??) that had my Rural Carrier wife's nerves in critical mode.
It took Scott's a month to return it, but she hasn't complained any more. ?
Can't speak highly enough for the service I received. Diagnosis was a faulty alternator. Dropped my truck off in the morning and I got it back the next day and I got an indepth explanation of the issue. ???
Excellent, thoughtful, professional service. No hidden charges or work that didn't need to be done. I highly recommend Scott's Auto! Update: Helpful, thorough and right on point. They pinpointed an issue that the dealer didn't know and saved us $1600!! Whatever your vehicle is doing wrong, take it to these guys. They know what they're doing.
I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend using them. They will slap the cheapest made from china parts they have that is floating around their shop. Spent $3,000 with them and ended up having to fix my car with a different shop a year later…fixing the SAME issues. 1. They put in CHEAP econo light spark plus that is made for a Chevy (I have a Volkswagen). 2. They bought MADE IN CHINA coil packs in my car. (Again, I have a Volkswagen…requires German parts) 3. Forgot to put an oil separator in my car, after being charged a pretty penny. 4. Was charged for a water pump…had to replace that entirely. The list can go on. I really wish they were honest with their work, and didn’t charge people an arm and leg after using random parts in their shop to fix a car that will last them not even a year. Do not use them for any “hard work”. Your money isn’t worth it to give to them.
After having truck fixed..it acted up while leaving shop...turned right around and they told me what to do to fix it...It's in your parking lot..I just paid you..why are you telling me how to fix it...
Finally I have found a repair shop that was honest finding the problem with my AC and fixing it with accuracy and a good value. Thanks Jonathan! Scott has trained you well!
They were very busy at the time so it took a few days for them to get to my car, however they were very professional with their work. Explaining exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. The price was very fair and there were no surprise or extra charges. They were even able to arrange a shuttle for me to pick my car up when the work was complete. Jacob did fantastic work and Johnathan was very helpful and courteous.
Scott and his crew have been taking care of me and my family’s cars for well over 10 years and has always been honest, reasonable, and dependable. I highly recommend them.
I do not recommend scott to anyone ! He has worked on our jeep several times and was really never fixed just fixed enough to get by ! He put an engine in our jeep a year ago and found out yesterday he didnt put the clutch motor and fan on the vehicle when he did this work now we are having to pay to get that put on because it's running hot in addition to the 2000 he charged for the engine install among other repairs!
Told them what was wrong with my truck. They called me and told me what was wrong and how much it was gonna be and also have me a ride home since I don’t live far. Awesome guys and don’t rip you a new one.
Scott and his staff are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reasonable rates and free estimates. I have used Scott's since late 90's always have been satisfied. Estimate has been right on the money or less than quoted estimate this business is not afraid to pass the lower price in to the customer very fair and honest.
