Terrible customer service shamicka hung up on me on a work related call I work at express oil change we are a good chunk of there business by ourselves messed my order up then hung up on me is just rude as hell and they had very little care for our business at all won’t be going back to this location anytime soon for sure

Amazing people, and amazing service! Pulled up with a shot positive connector piece (pictured). Not only did the man help me get the right piece, he got it installed, and made sure I'd have no issues on my Birmingham commute! Wish I would've got his name, but definitely would recommend this place.

Unprofessional staff. The Mexican Woman with red hair let out a big sigh and said out loud "we close in 5 minutes bruh be foreal" Mind you I'm 20 feet away, just so you can gauge how loud this female was when she said that. Take your business elsewhere, this staff gets angry if you need to buy something quickly before they close. That employee needs training and a better attitude.

Another great experience here. I asked a question...and I got a knowledgeable answer/solution to the problem!!! Not just a...buy this, but a...make sure you this part right, that'll tell you if you need to buy this other part!! Great place and people

I went by Wednesday afternoon needing help to find a car piece. I approached the lady at the front & asked her for helping show her the exact part I needed, she responded, “what do you want me to do about it.” Not sure why she works here if she refused to help., This place the lacks customer service. Why do people get mad to do the job they applied for?

The sweet little girl who worked there worked hard on getting my old windshield wipers off . I. was tough too . she was so nice . she als. put washer fluid in my big old truck . She had to get the laddle out to do this for me .

It’s Sunday August 18th 10am. I placed a pick up order at 7am. I go to pick up my order and the store is closed, no notice nothing. Store hours posted on the front door and on google say the store opens at 9am. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this store. I’ve had same day delivery orders never reach my home. I’ve placed orders that were never filled. I’m done with this store. The service here is terrible and unreliable at best.

I came into the Calera store on July 3rd with a dead battery. The store didn't have the battery needed to exchange for my warranty so they said they would order it from another store in Pelham and it would be delivered by 10 am the next. They also printed me a receipt that said it would be delivered by 957 am specifically. I call the next morning to check on the battery and they girl said she wasn't sure if they were delivering bc it was a holiday . I told her I was told last night it would be delivered. She then told me that if it was going to be delivered it would be by 10am and if it wasn't she would have to go get it. I called back an hour later and was told it wouldn't be delivered and nobody was going up get it. I said I just spoke with someone and they told me they would. I had also had my vehicle set up to be towed there. This employee was acting like I was bothering her about information they had told me. Then I called the Pelham store that they said they ordered it from and they didn't even have the battery. I ended up having to call four stores and going to Hoover to get the battery. The Hoover store informed me that the return receipt for my warranty was done incorrectly anyway. The make and model of my vehicle wasn't even correct. This store showed me very poor customer service.

Every time i come in looking for a part i find it. Everyone is helpful except the worker at night named Matt, he was rude and tried to make me find my own part lmao, he is there just for a paycheck. Other wise good store.

Use to be a great store 4-5 yrs ago but has just been steady down hill the past 2 and thats coming from someone that dislikes Oriellys so bad I would pass by the Columbiana one to come all the way to Calera from Shelby.

Employee Austin H. was awesome and SO very helpful!! I know nothing about cars and my husband was out of town for the entire week when my car almost didn’t start and an alert came on my vehicle telling me I had a battery or starter issue. I pulled up with all three of my kids loaded in the car, Austin came out and tested my battery and starter letting me know that my battery was bad. He told me that because of the box covering my battery he could not install a new battery BUT he sold me a new battery with the online discount and then voluntarily called the Quick Lanes down the road and told them I was coming with a new battery and for them to please take care of me. He could’ve easily just said sorry can’t help you and sent me on my way. Thank you, Austin H! I appreciate you so very much! Also, Quick Lanes in Calera gets 5 stars too! They were waiting on me when I got there and installed the battery quickly and were very nice as well

They were very friendly and helpful. They were cleaning when I arrived, they promptly said hello and asked what I needed help with. This was my first visit tp this location. I needed them to charge a battery I had purchased from Advance Auto in MO. They said to come pick it up in the morning.

I bought a battery at birmingham location 3 days ago. It seems to have an issue, I've been to the Calera location, it's close to work, 2 times and still haven't gotten the battery replaced. Service like this is why I stopped using Advanced several years ago. So no, I'm not impressed with the calera location. The birmingham guys were great. The battery won't take a full charge, the calera employee keeps trying to blame my battery charger.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!! To begin with the Hoover store gave us the completely wrong part. We stop at the store in Calera to get the correct part. The manager Derrick was snarky and rude. Told us we bought “cheap brakes” and needed to buy the $64 ones instead. Then I try to just try to return. There was a customer in front of me taking a while and offered to let me go ahead. The worker refused. Then when it was my turn, I tried to return the brakes. The worker spent time trying to look up the part just to reiterate that it was the wrong part. I told him I wasn’t even purchasing new brakes, just returning those. I told him at least 10 times I bought it from Hoover. 5 minutes later he refused to return the wrong part because I didn’t purchase it at his store and stated “I wish you told me that sooner”. Too bad you can’t give a 0 Star review.

Clean, organized, and easy to see from the main road; all I can say nice about it. The female employee complained about working so much to everyone that came in. They didn't have the part we needed even though online it said they did so they ordered it. When it came in it was the wrong part and they didn't even know what we were needing. Returned part and got correct part elsewhere. Not getting our business again.

I asked for a part they didn't have on stock, they told me it that they would have it delivered from another store the next day at 10am. I went the next day at noon and they told me the part was not there because they forgot to tell the driver and that I would have to wait another day. I asked for my money back and got it from Napa across the street.

We broke down off I-65N on way to Birmingham. Walked .09 miles to the auto store. We needed a new battery and alternator. The alternator wasn't in stock but at another store in Pelham. Robbie and Mike were very helpful! Mike gave us a ride back to the car and drove to Pelham for the part! Real old fashion CUSTOMER SERVICE that you just don't see anymore! We can not express enough thank yous!!!!
