The manager Shane had quick and friendly customer service. Answered all questions I had without a problem and gave a discount, I will come here every time I need anything.
A few minutes ago I bought a light for my truck and they sold me the wrong one. I came back with 8 minutes left until closing time and even though they saw me, they didn't want to change it. They simply told me to come back another day. They are practically closing 10 minutes before the time and delivering the wrong light.
The younger workers tend to be the most helpful here. I like their MicroGard Select oil filters, and that you can get your little sticker for your next oil change lol.
Shout out to the 2 guys that helped me out I came in right before closing and they went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue on my bike and after a few minutes my bike is good to go
My vehicle didn't start. I received a jump start and drove my vehicle to Advancd Auto to have it tested. I was advised that the battery had plenty of reserve but needed to be charged. I asked could they charge the battery and was advised I needed to take to dealer to remove. They couldn't assist. My son looked it up and removed the battery and we brought it to O'Reilly. Clerk tested battery and he said it was dead. I purchased a new battery. Excellent customer service.
One of the worst customer services I've had in a parts store in a while. Would rather drive across town if calera O'Reilly's is the only place that has the part. Such a drag in there everytime.
We pulled off the interstate into this little town with car trouble. The guy in O'Reilly's was nice and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and we were quickly back on the interstate.
Made an emergency stop at this location while on our family vacation heading down to Florida. The AC went out on our car and we dropped in to see if they could help us diagnose the issue. Charles was extremely helpful and did not charge us anything once it was determined we would have to take it to a repair shop. Thanks!
The young man that served my father in law and I was super friendly and helpful. Lots of times that you may visit a parts house it's seems like the person couldn't even tell the difference between a starter or a heater core even though they have a computer screen right in front of them but this guy knew his stuff.
This location is not helpful. Go to the Pelham location. Oreillys parts are on par with NAPA, very good. I've had two alternators go bad on an old minivan and they stood behind the product no questions asked.
One of the best Oreillys hands down. My friend broke down right off of the interstate close to closing time, and they waited for me after hours to go grab an alternator from them (which they had in stock) I wish more oriellys were like this one.
These are some of the nicest people I have dealt with in a long time they took time to help me out and it was right at closing time they didn't try to rush me out or nothing they took care of me.
We had to replace our radiator in our 2003 Impala. They had the radiator in stock, gave us a senior discount and was very professional. Daniel was a top notch employee.

Very, very helpful store. I've been in several times, and had them deliver to my store on even more occasions. All of the staff there is incredibly helpful, even going so far as to help me make sure that I had the right parts.

Customer Service is great. I needed some very difficult to find paint that I could not find anywhere in town. They had it in online and not in the store but told me it would be in the store on Tues. In the morning. Sure Enough. Tuesday in the morning, I called expecting the worse and he said he had it waiting for me.. Saved the day again.
Broke down on the interstate, and they delivered the parts and tools we needed to get our truck running again. They were fast and courteous! They even waited with us to make sure that we didn't need anything else!
