I stopped in with my semi and Jennifer gave me a seat to talk to dispatch and helped me out took very good care of me and the rest of the staff was very helpful if I ever am in the area and need parts I'm stopping by also if you ever need parts would highly recommend them here
Went in after standing at the counter for a few minutes waiting for service, I called out and the lady came and had the nastiest attitude, she needs to be trained on customer service skills. Needless to say i turned right around and left.

Worst service ever. It was barely sprinkling and I stopped for windshield wipers. The man said they don’t put wipers on when it is raining. Told him I could hold an umbrella for him if it bothered him that much and he said he was too old to do it. The man looked to be in his fifties and also looked able bodied enough to put on wipers.
Friendly and semi knowledgable service.

I have been doing buisness with this advamced location for over 5 years now . The staff has changed up through the years but still maintain great service and knowledge when needed .
Store gets full of customers sometimes and the staff does their best to help in a timely manner .
So I don’t know his name, but the gentleman that helped me put coolant in my car was super sweet and super awesome. We talked about me traveling with the carnival, and he also tell me how to check my oil in on my fluid levels. Thanks again Mr. I don’t know your name but you were super awesome.
Super friendly and helpful, helped me acquire the bigger bottle which was a better value for my money. (Power steering fluid)

Almost always has what I need or want and I can get a discount by purchasing online before I go (usually at work while on break) and picking it up in store. Plus after a few trips, they not only know you by name but what you drive too.

This place is pretty good. Great #customer #service. They do everything they can to find the #exact part. Sometimes they make mistakes, but they try their best to fix it. They rent tools, and even help with things like, putting windshield whippers on.
