To Scott working with a customer outside as I walked from the Murphy gas station to get some tools to fix the battery terminal on my wife's car maybe a dead battery he said I can get a jump box and give you a ride over told him Thanks I did walk be he drove over in case my fix did not work as it did not we jumped and drove to store
When back in the store Jade helped me check out with a new battery smile on her face and a cheerful personality
Installed battery as Scott and other young man working there were working on a lady's car that was dead
Want everyone to go here and experience great service and smiles
Also O'Reilly corporate is the kinda of employees who need that thanks and maybe a raise !!!!!!
O'Reilly's is a good Parts store, they have a wide selection of part for your car,truck lawnmower, and boat. They also have a nice selection of tool kits, gloves that make great Christmas gifts. Awesome service! It was sprinkling and I desperately needed new windshield wipers and the guy was more than happy to replace them for me. Unlike Auto zone who wouldn’t because it was sprinkling. Great service for O’Reillys! Thank you so so much. You guys are awesome!

My check engine light came on so I pulled in and a very nice gentleman came out and ran a diagnostic check for me.
Turbo boost was the code. Now too find a mechanic for repairs.
They never answer the phones. I pulled up there to get a quote because they won’t answer the phone. They were literally inside cutting up with each other instead of answering the phones. Very unprofessional and lazy. They have better prices than Advance but at least advance acts more professional
Went in due to low beam headlight not working. An older guy was over playing my problem. He went in and got his coworker and the coworker just walked away the older man did not even have the light hooked up and told me there was nothing they could do. He then told me the hose that just needs replaced was a serious problem and to get to a mechanic as soon as possible. I will not go back except to get the refund they owe me.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff! Another autoparts chain argued with me that the car that I DROVE there in wasnt available or sold with a stick shift (manual transmission), I told them that they could go look for themselves and they said no they had the facts in front of them. UNBELIEVABLE! O'reillys is the ONLY place I will go to now! Love them!
No car knowledge needed. If you've ever even heard that 🚗s exist, you can work here. Man, If I'm coming to the parts store, it's cause I need help. I don't need some no knowledge having idiot throwing darts to answer my question. If it's between guessing and shutting up, SHUT UP! If you don't know don't offer an answer. FRFR. SSR™
The staff is great. They help as much as they can. The only thing is you need to know if you buy a part and install it, unless something is wrong with the part. They are not suppose to take it back. So if you not sure you may want to go to advanced auto.
