10pm my Jeep breaks down. Bad alternator. I'm 300 plus miles away from home, don't know where I am really, or at least I'm not familiar with the area and have my 10 year old granddaughter with me. I'm between a real rock and a hard spot, I can't afford the crazy amount that most tow companies want to tell you 30 miles to the hotel I was headed to for the night. And needing to buy the alternator so I had to choose couldn't get a Uber couldn't get a lift. But. These wonderful graduates Dalton than Abby. Help me find these wonderful folks who, at their own expense drove me the 34 miles to my hotel with my granddaughter so that we were not stranded. I can't say enough good things about people like this. I would recommend them anytime, thank you, Jessica, thank you, Dalton, thank you, Abby. My guardian angels tonight.

Was super fast, respectful, and professional. My insurance screwed me over by trying to send me to the closest illegitimate business and if it weren't for him noticing and communicating with me and my insurance, my car would've been brought to someone's backyard to be fixed.
Also showed up extremely fast even though we were in the middle of the freeway and communicated with me consistently.
JR Towing has helped me twice in the past few weeks. He was able to get my car back home and the road to my house is not the best but he was able to get there! JR towed my truck home. I thought the transmission went out, he said I should check the alternator first. He Put cables on it and it crunk right up. Turned the headlights on and my truck sputtered out. He showed me what I needed to do to replace the alternator and told me if I was having trouble getting the new one on there, give him a call and he'd be happy to help me out. Best tow I ever had. I highly recommend JR. He definitely went above and beyond.
JR'S Towing And Recovery were very flexible, patient, and accommodating as I tried to make a decision about how to move my camper off a campground lot. They gave me peace of mind, were very careful in moving and transporting it to a safe, level place, and then they unhooked it and hooked it up to my vehicle. They took great care and time making sure everything was just right, then told me to please let them know I made it home safe. I highly recommend their services.

I broke down late at night and JR stopped what he was doing at the time and came to pick up my car. He was very friendly and caring. Also took my car over 100 miles for me. Pricing is good! I highly recommend this Tow company
We actually had an odd circumstance . We got our 21 foot boat and trailer and Forerunner vehicle stuck in our gravel driveway. We had tried for 3 days to get it all out but none of it would budge. As a last resort we googled a wrecker service and JR'S was the closest to us so I called them and he came and he was Amazing!
He knew exactly what to do. He attatched the hook to the trailer and pulled the boat, trailer, and vehicle all out at once.
And believe me it wasn't a sraight shot! He is just that Good in my opinion.
My husband even said he might could've pulled the trailer and boat out but his forerunner would be rolling on down the hill!
So if we ever need anything towed or hauled or an emergency such as this again ,we are definitely calling JR'S...
And by the way his price was Awesome !
