Thieves! This place is a bunch of thieves. I had a (real) Silver coin in the glovebox that my grandfather had given me before he passed. He gave each of the grandchildren one. When I went to go pickup my car the glovebox was open & EVERYTHING in the glovebox had been dumped into the passenger seat & floorboard. The envelope with the coin in it was gone, along with several other items.. On top of that they damaged the front of the car when trying to pick it up.
They are complete trash. The kind of people we don't need in this world. No respect for peoples property, and disregard of the law (theft.) Kind of to be expected though, they are in one of the trashiest cities in Alabama; Montgomery.
Ok. My vehicle was out out for repo beck in February.. I was able to get it all paid up and my vehicle NEVER GOT PICKED UP.... Now all of a sudden..while I'm in chapter 7 bankruptcy..they "send" the invoice for the "unpaid fees" and TAKE ALMOST $200 OUT OF MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!! how TF is that legal??? Just wait.. my lawyer has all their info. If I don't get my money back quick...fast...and in a hurry they're finna be sorry!!! Ef y'all!!
I Don't know what they use to write on your windshield but they do not get it off for you instead he gave advice on what to BUY!!! They broke my keys trying to start the car. They did purchase another key for me the next day.
The woman that works there is a horrible person and doesn’t want to help at all. Wouldn’t even let me get my sentences out. These people are a bunch of crooks ! This place needs to be shut down or needs a new staff
