I thought it was go be good service but they proved me hell of wrong got all way to the towing spot just to say his truck couldn't get back there to my car because its too wet my car stuck on a football field n I done watched plenty ppl ride in n out the spot he had to go thru to get to my car I would not recommend them at all they some raggedy ass tow ppl its almost 12am n I'm stuck in the dark and they wouldn't even help if yur in a truck it was very possible to get thru there over 30 cars n trucks just came n and out that spot that was pure bullshit and absolutely no excuses get a better tow and have better communication period obviously yall don't want no money n I was paying extra never again pissed off.
These guys are a blessing. I had a sudden blow out far from the nearest exit lay at night and of course my spare wasn’t any good but About Time was there to help. I’m assuming the owner and his amazing wife got my vehicle loaded up in minutes. They coordinated their process within minutes and my car was loaded up and on its way. Very professional operation and he did photograph the vehicle before and after which conveys a sense of responsibility on his behalf to make sure your vehicle is cared for. I highly recommend this great tow service anytime of the day.
They should change the name to about a long time towing. My niece got her car towed it took forever. The owner seem weird. The truck they was using to tow wasn’t in any shape to tow. I told my niece to stop being cheap and call all about towing but here’s the thing she mistaking this company for them. Just a disaster!! DON’T RECOMMEND. Copart a big company they said the same.
