Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional . She said they didn’t have a part but didn’t ask questions on the type of motor or transmission - just immediately said no and hung up while I was talking. When I called back, she said she hung up because she was on the other line and said we don’t have it - again without checking- and hung up again. Keep in mind that two other salvage yards had told me minutes prior they had the part I needed in stock and referred me to them. Poor business practices!
I purchased my used Sequioa from Port City Auto almost a year ago. They were so helpful with an in house mechanic who was very knowledgeable to answer my questions about the truck. The staff was very kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to them. It is nice to know a trustworthy dependable company!
They had some tool boxes on market place forsale 150.00 the girl said I could pick them up at 9:30 am I was in route to pick them up she told me that she would have to reschedule for me to pick them up I was lest then a mile from them when she told me that she went on to say that she was by herself and we could not do the sale till a later date that's not good business in my opinion I don't recommend dealing with the women
