Shitty place lazy employees not even dam closing time but let's get a customer inside to lock the door as im walking up so we don't have to do our dam job Demopolis is a joke.
This shift was very polite, friendly, courteous two of them (slow day) installed my windshield wipers with a rare commodity these days from those we're giving our hard earned dollars to today. That would be a SMILE ?. How's that being impressed by something that should come naturally.

Originally went to OREILLY across the street for a battery. The young lady inside was a great help until her battery guy refused to do an install which is what I needed not to mention I am traveling from out of town.I mean, it's December and I needed a battery. Go figure...went to Advance Auto and they replaced my battery, in the cold while it was raining! Thanks to Austin and Devon for EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Never willing go back there she said she just told me about a part that they had just to get me off the phone but wen I went there they didn't have it she said she didn't care she lied to me
Got a lot of good employees in this place very knowledgeable about their products both managers are super cool I pretty much everything in there is a good reasonable price

Bought a.new battery for my truck for over 140 dollars, they installed it as I sat in the truck. I saw the expression on the guys face when he broke the bolt on the clamp. He finally said he was finished and he closed the hood. I asked him if everything was ok and he replied yes you are good to go. Bottom line he did not replace the bolt and I am not sure it didn't mess up my alternator. For sure I am in the middle of no where with a dead battery. If he had told me we could have fixed it for s couple of bucks. Now not sure what this will cost me before it is over because of a sorry lazy service provider.
Employees was very rude over the phone. Their prices are more than everyone else, never will I purchase anything else them again. If I could of gave 1/4 of a star I would have.
Some of the workers don't know anything bout parts or how to read the ID number to find the part in the back had to go back twice on their ignorance just got a refund and went across the street to O'Reilly
Advance used to be our "go-to" place for auto parts and tools...not anymore. Incompetent and devious employees have turned us away for good. O'Reilly is now our auto parts store!
this place sucks, the manager looked at the park I needed it without even checking told me they didn't have it. then they recommended I go somewhere else. they will never get my business again.
