Had a steel shelter to move. Two other places had set up appointments, then never showed, never called, never answered. Wasted my time, my neighbors’ time (they had to move cars), and the shelter owners’ time. I set up with Fosters, and they called an hour ahead to tell me they were going to be 15 minutes late- which was a great improvement over the others. Then Martin coordinated with me to make this a very smooth transport of an offbeat item- bulky, awkward, and very heavy. He was friendly, happy, and willing to use his experience to get the job I needed done as efficiently as possible. Would highly recommend!
Great company! Thank you to the guy who works within the office for speaking with me on yesterday (JULY 19) However; whichever driver that I spoke to on July 20 between the times of 11am-2pm is EXTREMELY rude. There was some misinterpretation between the driver and I, which is fine but instead of the driver being cordial with me he decided to just hang up in my face. Yes, I do understand that there are other things that has to be done but there SHOULDN’T be ANY REASON to be rude or disrespectful to any customers. He needs to be talked to about his attitude and because he is working in customer service, he needs to learn to have better respect, understanding, and dignity to others!
I can't say enough about my experience here. The lady on the phone was very personable. She called me every step of the way. The man who actually towed the truck was awesome. He took great care when getting it and by putting it exactly where I asked. He drove his truck better than any wrecker I've ever seen. I feel their price was more than justified. I appreciate all of you so much!! Thanks again
