The light skin brother with braids that is often at the register is SO rude to women. Almost as if we get under his skin for some reason! Every experience I’ve had at this location with him I left feeling drained, irritated, and more confused. This last experience, I waited as he helped two ladies before me and he handled them so harshly with the lack of any compassion. The way he spoke to them was unruly. They were asking questions pertaining to parts and he responded with such aggression and he had a “DUH” posture about himself as if they were to already know the answer to what they were asking him. There were no other associates available when it was my turn to be assisted. I read from my previous receipt exactly what I needed, so I’d know if they had in stock. He looked at the paper and confirmed the information, went to check the inventory and didn’t get the correct item. I told him that wasn’t the correct thing bc the price was significantly lower than what I paid before. He blamed me saying that I called off the wrong item number. Even though he had also read it himself. I was only there to verify that they had what I needed in stock. Previously I’d seen they had something online and when I got to the store they didn’t have it. I wanted to prevent this from happening again. He said to me, “ ma’am what is it you want me to do bc you are confusing me and I’m not about to keep walking back and forth!” as if his inability to read the receipt was somehow my fault. If I ever have to go to that store I hate to see him there. It just brings down the energy of the entire atmosphere. Customer service is not good for him. Especially when handling women.

I experienced exceptional customer service!! Employee DJ, was very knowledgeable and efficient. I showed him the part I needed and he knew exactly where it was. I was in and out, in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the great service!!

This store is supposed to be open at 8:00 it is 8:25 there are customers standing outside the store and workers standing outside the store waiting on it to be open something has to be done You might need to get a new manager

My friend's car broke down this week. I called AutoZone only to be met with very rude staff and honestly I knew the quality was going to be terrible, but I was trying to help her find somewhere close so she was charged a left kidney to tow it to. I realized O'Reilly was across the interstate and said that's where we need to go. We were not disappointed. Lawrence is an amazing man! He gave my friend straight facts of costs and possible problems, let her car stay their over night, charged her battery and dealt with our fed-up-from-life-lesson-teaching-moments humor. We had margaritas later and realized Mercury was still in retrograde. Thank you Lawrence for saving my friend a lot of money. Quintin was helpful and very nice as well. We didn't get to talk to him much because he was providing 7 out of 5 star service for other customers. 10/10 highly recommend!

The guy who helped us was amazing I forgot his name but he be their all the time and been with the company for 4 years he need to be promoted . I call him Lil Red on the evening shift. Keep up the good work. Great worker.

Always great. Ron behind the counter is the best. Even when you call in they take time to help you out, and not just put you on hold til you hang up. And they will find the problem with your vehicle. They're Great

I had a weird problem with my F250 diesel on my way from Florida to North Dakota and Cordell saved my butt by thinking outside of the box. He is an asset to his store and his profession!
