Brad was such an amazing help to a really stressful situation today! He had no idea how much I needed his help, concern, care, and advice today. I live in KS, and I had a hard week helping a sick relative in GA who is not getting better, and the car not working on the trip back home to KS was the last straw. When my car broke down, I was already tired and overwhelmed, and breaking down so far from home, from my husband, and from my son really scared me. Even though I'm a stranger, Brad went above and beyond to show concern like someone would do for a family member or a good friend, and reading the reviews for his business, I can see that that's just his character and the same concern he shows for anyone in need that he encounters. He ended up not towing me because his truck would have arrived later than he was comfortable with, and he wanted me to be safe and get help as quickly as possible (even if he didn't benefit personally or financially from helping). He offered to help me get a tow with another company, but when my car mysteriously started (barely) working again, I was able to follow Brad's exact instructions drive it to the closest shop that he researched and recommended before it tried to shut off again. (I was going to use a completely different shop, but he called them with me on the phone to ask the questions I needed and was able to show me that they wouldn't be able to fix it. He walked me through the options and explained why the shop he suggested was a good fit for what I needed. He was exactly right, and the shop he suggested was able to get my car done same-day because of his fast and thorough help.) The world is a better, kinder place with people like Brad, and I'm so grateful for finding a guardian angel in Alabama so willing and happy to help. (My family in GA and KS is also very grateful and relieved!) Brad, for all of the kind things you're happy to do, may all kinds of happy things happen to you!

I could not have asked for a better experience with Danny Boy’s Towing and Brad who went above and beyond for my daughter and I. We ended up with a flat tire late at night in the middle of nowhere. Brad called ahead to find a tire shop that would have our tire in stock, found a hotel for us, drove us to the hotel before dropping off our car and checked in with us the next morning to make sure we our situation was being handled at the tire shop. We are so grateful for all Brad did to help during a stressful situation.

This guy is awesome! I broke down on 65. He was there in less than 30 minutes, had me at the shop he recommended in 15 minutes, the truck was diagnosed less than an hour, and drove me to a rental company so I could be back on the road while my truck got fixed. Could not be happier!
