This is the first time I ever had to use a towing service. The transmission went out in our car, and it had to be abandoned at the gas station for a night. We aren't originally from this area, so we had no one who could tow it home. When I called Tow Monkey, the sweet woman who answered my call was absolutely WONDERFUL as she talked me through the process of how it all worked and gave me an instant quote based on the location. Within ten minutes, we were called back by the driver and met up with him at the gas station to load up the car. The driver, Travis Finney, was absolutely awesome! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and his attitude was just amazing. He treated us so respectfully and spoke to us as if he was our nextdoor neighbor or an old friend. Aside from that, the service provided was VERY FAST, very professional, and SO MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE than anticipated. We learned at payment time that Mr. Travis is actually the face of Tow Monkey, and we were honored to have personally met him! We literally could not be happier with the services rendered, and we will 100% be recommending Tow Monkey to the people we know!
