Just called to inquire about a part. An older guy answered the phone and placed me on hold, no problem with that. He returns to the phone and I started to ask about the part, he then yells Hello into the phone. I asked could he hear me and he is just breathing on the phone because I’m waiting for him to verify whether or not he can or can not in fact hear me. Then he says “yea what!! What are you looking for” Very nasty attitude, get someone on that knows phone etiquette and can actually handle answering the phone without the extra nonsense.
This place needs to be shut down. I called today and a elderly white guy told me and I quote “ I ask the questions and you do the answering” … it took everything in me to not make a short trip down the road…. Please spend your money else where. These people come off very raciest, rude & incompetent. I’m a business owner and that burned your bridge with me or any of my customers.
