Absolutely terrible experience with this tow company. We were charged an outrageous amount to tow our vehicle only 36 miles($650). The price was completely unreasonable and felt like clear price gouging, especially given the short distance and the situation we were already dealing with. Also went through my wife’s vehicle and didn’t even try to put anything back. On top of that, the woman we spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the charges or showing any understanding, she was dismissive and refused to provide us with a detailed invoice when we asked for one. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. If you’re charging people that kind of money, you should at least be willing to show exactly what they’re paying for. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Poor customer service, zero transparency, and pricing that feels exploitative. Definitely not a company I would ever use again.

This company drove 28 miles to repo my vehicle.. My vehicle was repossessed from an address not listed, when they repossessed my vehicle the gravel where the vehicle was parked was bunched up indicating the car had been drug.. When trying to retrieve my items from the vehicle it was woman and an older gentleman in the office which only fit two desks. The older gentleman was hoovering over us trying to see what we were doing, it was very annoying I went to get my LED strip from the hood of the vehicle he ran up behind me trying to see what I was doing.. When trying to get my '15 speaker equipment out of the vehicle, he decided he wanted to cut the cords for me and ended up cutting the wrong items and damaged my property.. The lady at the front desk when asking for my rims for factory tires, denied my request. Please make sure you take all actions when it comes to your repossession and your belongings with this company..

Went to go get my stuff after deciding to not keep the car because of the condition of it and when I got there I found most of my stuff to be stolen along with $500 worth of jewelry that were brand new inside of my bags inside of the car. They tell me they don’t get anything out the car but my back seats were completely down they went through it all and they even left one of the boxes bc it was broken but still decided to take my ring, necklace, and bracelet. The man said he would “check it out for me and would know by Saturday morning” it’s Wednesday afternoon why would it take that long and by the reviews I doubt I’ll be getting a call back. Also the man came outside heard me talking about it and went back inside thinking I didn’t see him and didn’t come out till i was finished and acted like he didn’t know anything about it. And not including all the damage they did to my property dragging the car that I had to get pay to get fixed. Horrible place, if you want your stuff stolen or messed up this is the place for you !!
