My fuel pump went out on my truck in Lowe’s parking lot. I just put lumber in the back and it would crank but no start. Called this place for a tow, they answered the phone told them what I needed. They had a tow truck to me in 20 minutes. The driver loaded my truck up and I rode in the tow truck to my house. Driver unloaded truck. I paid for service ($100.00) with Venmo and that was it. Quick easy. Very good service, Chad the driver was very friendly. Highly recommended this company.

Good business. Kolton over the phone was quick to help and connected me with the closest guy in the area (he was in Enterprise, my car was in Ozark). Chad the towing guy communicated well. He gave me a reasonable time line for pickup and kept me updated on his status. He was courteous and handled my car with care, taking measures to keep the bumpers from scraping pavement. I usually use eagle towing but the owner recommended me to wiregrass Towing because he didn't have any drivers at the moment. I call and very respectful gentleman answered and I told my I needed a tow and very reasonable price for me and he even sent me a photo where he drop it off for and texted me when he picked my car off and drop it. Definitely would recommend then to others.

Wiregrass in general has been awesome to deal with! But I cant say enough good things about their driver, Chad. This guy has had the best attitude from the very beginning. He drove 4.5 hours each way to bring my motorcycle to me. Has kept me informed the whole way, sent me a bunch of pictures and even at the end of his long day driving has had an awesome attitude. I hope I don't have a breakdown here any time soon but I know right away who I'd be calling if I did.

Chad the driver was super nice and great at communicating. My mom uses this place and usually only this place even we need something towed. Milton is awesome too, really nice and easy to work with. All around amazing service and people!

My Driver, Chad was incredible. He was quick, efficient and highly professional, especially considering it was after business hours on a holiday too! These guys are amazing. This is the third time I've called them. This time it was an emergency on a Saturday. We broke down in the median on the circle. They answered immediately. Chad was really quick to get to us, loaded up, and out of traffic all with a smile. Super helpful!

My daughter’s car had a broken CV joint On her Integra rendering it completely immobile. A truck came as soon as possible with a flat bed truck and strategically got it loaded and unloaded without incident!

Just had the greatest experience! Called, they came out the same day, picked ithe shed up and delivered it. They spent time to insure it was right where we wanted it, leveled iand were very conscientious about backing it into place with concern regarding obstacles in my yard to include not running over the septic tank.
