I normally don’t have a need for a towing service but certainly needed one this afternoon when my truck unexpectedly quit in the middle of the road with no warning. We tried to jump the truck with no luck. By this time it was after 7PM! A friend suggested Knights Wrecker Service so we gave them a call. Very happy we did! JB showed up with the tow truck. Nicest guy we’ve ever met! He tried everything he could think of to get the truck to start, but again no luck. Hopefully we won’t need a tow again anytime soon but if we do we’ll certainly be calling Knights Wrecker Service! Great job JB and thanks for coming out so quickly!
Mr David fox was awesome he does not play he knows what he's doing he got my wife car hook up and loaded up so fast about time I made it to repair shop he was unloading what a great job
Our driver David Fox was great! Very courteous and professional. We broke down late in the afternoon and he was very quick to arrive and helped us with ride and dropped us off at the hotel. I highly recommend them and him.

David responded to my emergency breakdown tonight. I literally broke down in the turning lane of Ross Clark Circle and 231 Southbound shutting down one of the two lanes with heave nighttime traffic. He arrived quickly, quicker than DPD, and he got our vehicle towed to our regular mechanic. Thank you Knights!!

David Fox came out after I called that I was stranded. He was super friendly! By the time he got there, I had it jumped off. He stayed to make sure I didn't have any more problems with it and got it back on the road safely!

Knight's Wrecker service was awesome today. My mother was in a car accident, and the driver could not have been any more kind, patient and helpful in a very stressful situation. Thank you, David, and Knight's for such wonderful, professional service!!
Had to call on Knights twice in just a couple of weeks or so to tow two different vehicles I owned. I got James the first time with my first tow job. Timothy came a couple of weeks later when I had to tow a second vehicle. Both were fast and courteous. They had me loaded up and dropped off at the requested locations in no time. Knights does great work.
Mr Fox showed up in a timely fashion from Dothan Alabama and was very professional and even gave me a ride in his truck back up to Dothan after I hit a deer he replied really quickly even though it was 6:00 in the morning and it was really the best experience I've had with a tow company in Alabama. Also he's a veteran of the United States army so if you want to support a veteran he would be a good one to support.

David Fox was extremely professional and warming. I initially gave me the wrong location of where I was stopped at on the side of the road and once we met up, he didn’t give me a hard time about it at all. I was more surprised by his patience because he actually waited until I was able to help him find my location. Usually guys in this field are miserable but David was extremely nice and we was able to talk about family for a little bit of the time we watched him load the car on his truck.
He deserves the absolute best and I hope he’s eligible for a raise. If yall are gonna pay people to tow trucks, they need to be trained by David Fox. Great Guy. Thank you David!

My tire blew and I called my insurance and they handled my towing. David Fox from Knights came and I wasn’t by the car when he arrived, he waited on me and he made it fast and easy. Great customer service 10/10 ! Highly recommend!!

Our concrete pump arrived on the back of an big rig earlier than we had told Knights it would be there and they came on out and still beat the shipment to our office. Very professional and experienced operator. Had our pump on the ground in no time. Couldn't have been a better experience. Price was a couple hundred less than we expected to pay. I highly recommend Knights.
