I understand that people have to eat lunch but it is your responsibility to keep someone in the office for the scales I lost the money because no one was in the office people have things to do lunch or not.
I come here every few months to recycle my soda cans for some pocket change. Staff are always chill and polite. The guy that drives the bins to be weighed is nice and seems like he enjoys his job. I walk to come here and today he helped me dump my cans into the bin, I really appreciated that help. I've come here in almost every season and during mornings and afternoons; I usually don't have to wait long for my cans to be weighed or to get paid. I love coming here, simple and quick service.
These people that work here are rude. The first time we went there we waited about 10 minutes for someone to move out of the way of the scales. The sign and online says they close at 330pm. By the time the guy moves out of the way of the scales it is 305pm. We go inside and they say the scales closed at 3 and would not take a small load of scrap. My son goes back on another occasion with his sister and they are rude again. Also check your IDs if you are going pick and choose to take metal from people under 18.
The people were very nice and helpful. I felt they were made sure to help us to get the most for our scrap. Other businesses don't explain the types of metal and why some is higher than others. I will use them from now on
Employees are very very rude. It's not what they say but how they jump at you and say it with an attitude. Also they close at 3:30 and will not finish taking your scrap. And for some reason they are ready to go home after working for only one hour after their last break!! Bet they would be mad if a restaurant kicked they out at closing whether they were finished with their meal or not
Very good and friendly staff. Good prices. Would recommend for any who needs to scrap your scrap here. Also very clean. Been here a couple of times and never had to worry about a flat tire.
Awesome place great and friendly staff especially the lady inside doing the scale I love her and the gentleman who weighs the other small scale he's African American don't know t;here NAmes but there very friendly and helpful as much as possible will be keeping my business best place by far. I will refer every one here! Great job
Awesome people to do business with and they offer s lot of help to people who don't know a lot about scrapping and prices of metals, wires and aluminum. Love these guys and gals.
