I used them to transport a vehicle to and from a local repair shop. They were professional, courteous, and arrived for both the departure and return exactly as promised. My two-word description is trustworthy and dependable. I would feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends.
Called to see if they had picked a vehicle and the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude and hurtful when he had no idea what has been happening completely unprofessional and should not be operating a professional business
So happy with services. One of the staff of my company was in a horrific wreck a few weeks ago and Jesse responded to tow the vehicle after the accident and just helped me get all the items out of the vehicle before insurance comes to get it two weeks later. I cannot emphasize enough how nice Jesse was, and that he even asked after the gentleman that was in the wreck, and how Tommy Tows has been great through the whole process. We will using their services exclusively for our fleet going forward based on this experience. I've dealt with some terrible towing experiences out of state when our crews have been on storm, and it is awesome to have such a great towing company right here near us.
I believed it was this tow service getting my car. And it wasn’t. Thomas Griffeth then proceeded to call me after I already spoke to his driver. And he had the worst customer service ever and even cussed at me on the phone. He processed to say that’s why they leave people sitting outside till 3am. Well that’s why another tow service received my business They will never receive any more of my families service !
It's hard to find people you can trust but tommy has never done me wrong iv used him several times and I will not use anyone other than him he is honest
Needed my car towed to Dodge dealership in Gadsden from my home. Called them and they cam out within five minutes. Smooth process. They also allow you to pay with credit card because most people don't carry around cash these days.
Tommy himself picked me up. He was quick, professional, and very reasonable in price. He even went above and beyond to help me get a rental vehicle so I could get home. Thanks again Tommy!
Needed a tow after driving into the ditch like an idiot while leaving a gas station. Had a driver to me within 15 minutes who charged very little to pop me back out into the land of the responsible again. And he didn’t laugh at me.

I was stranded on I-59 in Collinsville on Saturday at 3PM on Memorial Day Weekend! Scott at the Firestone in Gadsden got Tommy Tows to come get me. It was about 30-40 miles towing job, and the price was extremely fair considering the circumstances. Tommy was extremely fast getting there. Thanks Tommy. And I cannot say enough about Scott at Firestone in Gadsden. I’m calling Firestone corporate office Tuesday to letting them know what an exceptional person they have working for them.
I can't say it enough. I'm truly grateful to Tommy tow. He was fast and professional to tow my car. After being stranded by my insurance. I even used their services again without the assistance of insurance.

I’ve used Mr. Tommy unfortunately ( at no fault of his) four times this year. Once personally and three other instances professionally for the business I work for. Mr. Tommy is very professional and also takes his time when taking care of our cars. He’s very punctual at getting to you and keeps you up to date. I’m honored to leave this review.
